    I bought a *********** from Sarpy County Motors on August 1. The ** had a bad lock/window controller. I mentioned it to the dealer, and they told me they ordered the part and it would be in in a few weeks. I got in writing at Sarpy County Motors that they would fix it within 60 days. A few weeks later they reach out to me, and tell me the part is in. I drive from ******* to Sarpy County Motors. They have their mechanic install the part. He tells me the part was bad, and they'll have to try another one, but they would have to order it. They then tell me they will have their mechanic drive out to me to install the part; they told me they would get a hold of me when the part comes in. Now we're in November. I reach out to them via email saying they still needed to repair my vehicle. They tell me they scheduled the mechanic for Tuesday November 29 to drive out to my house; almost a five full months since buying the vehicle. Today I get a call from them telling me that he can no longer come out and do the repair, and that there's no way for that to happen because they have to pay him for drive time, and I must drive out there. They told me they would pick up my vehicle, but I don't trust anyone out there to drive it nearly an hour away because of how bad they've been with communication. I would be concerned I wouldn't get the vehicle back in time. They are telling me there's nothing they can do, but really all they have to do is pay a mechanic to install the part as promised.

    17 year old purchased a vehicle and before we recieved the title the motor has blown. Now they want US to pay them to fix the vehicle. Our mechanic says it was broken before it left the lot and no way they didn't know. Will never return.

    London Land and her Grandmother Maryl Sellner purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass on June 26th 2023. The title was listed London Ross and her Mother Suzanne I Land-Ross since London is only 17 years old. Maryl called on July 5th 2023 to say there was an issue with the vehicle and was towed to Amtech Auto Care Center 8202 S 48th street Omaha NE 68157 402-734-2865. After a couple phone calls it was determined the AC compressor froze and caused the belt to break. Customers told us it was going to be between $1500 and $2500 to fix. We checked with a local mechanic and he could fix well under $1000. Right after that is when the Mother, Suzanne completed a negative review on Google stating her 17 year old daughter purchased a lemon from us. We told the Grandmother that we would be willing to help but would like Suzanne to take down the negative review since we have not talked to her since the day she was here to pick up the car with her daughter and mother/grandmother. We told the wife of Suzanne since she will not talk to us that we would take care of the repair with our mechanic and would also pay for the tow bill so they would not have to pay anything out of pocket. She said she would talk to her wife/Suzanne and call us back. Did not get a call back, so I called Grandma/Maryl. She said she would get her to take down the review if we gave them $1000 cash because they did not trust us or our mechanic. Then realized Suzanne had completed a Facebook review and edited her Google review saying we tried to blackmail them to use our mechanic. Told the Grandma/Maryl I would talk to my business partner and let her know what we would do to help if anything but was leaning towards not helping since Suzanne/mother will not talk to us on the phone and discuss and come to a resolution. Last night I get an email form BBB with a complaint. To recap the purchase, They did purchase a 2014 Jeep Compass on June 26th 2023. We did sell the vehicle as-is with no warranty. Almost every customer we tell after they purchase a vehicle that it is sold as-is but if they get home and the next day have any major issues please let us know because it is a used vehicle and things happen. We then heard form Maryl/Grandmother on July 5th 2023, 9 days later about the AC issue. We called Gary this morning, July 7th 2023 at Amtech Auto Care Center to confirm it was the AC compressor and belt. He stated he just finished up the repairs and the motor is fine unlike Suzanne stated to you/BBB that the motor had blown. Also the AC worked fine until the compressor froze and broke the belt. We have not talked to Suzanne/mother to date to work out any type of solution if any at all.
