  This is the worst clothing company Ive ever ordered merchandise from. The quality of the clothing is nothing like the image on the website. This is false advertising and scamming customers out of 25% of their hard earned money once you discover the poor quality of their product. This company in particular needs to be investigated because they refuse to issue customers a full refund after discovering the false advertising. Not to mention the lack of professionalism and lack of integrity displayed by the phone reps.

  Horrible company. I waited 3 weeks and never received my order or shipping information. I called, spoke to a man he said my order would ship in 2 days. I waited another week, still no info. I filed a claim with PayPal and received a full refund.

  I ordered a dress from this site. They sent the wrong dress. I missed an event with my sorority because we were to wear a certain color. They sent another dress and it broke my back and stomach out. I sent the dress back and I had to pay ***** to return the dress. They also charged a 25% restocking fee. I should have been compensated for the shipping since it was their mistake the first time or at least sent a shipping label to return the dress. I will never order from this company again. Once they have your money, there is not much you can do about it. I am seriously disappointed with this company . I will Never order from them again and I am going to dis outage my sorority from placing an order for 122 dresses . We will order from another company .

  Cheaply made suits, thin, cheap lining, a $120 suit that should have cost $40, refuse returns on ***** suits, buy elsewhere, stay away from these people!

  Bad service!!!! Never purchase from this company. I bought my mom a dress for church and it was too large. She retuned it for a smaller size at her own expense. She was told by *****( service rep. that when the company receives the dress back they would send out the dress in the smaller size she requested. Long story short she received the dress in a whole other color . Really. So she returned it at her own expense again. When she called the company they told her we dont have your color. SO YOURE GONNA SEND ME SOMETHING I DIDNT ASK FOR AND MAKE ME PAY FOR THE SHIPPING.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES!

  I fell for this fraudulent company also. I ordered a nice navy blue suit from them using my debit card. Thank goodness my debit card declined this company. At first I thought my debit card was short of money in my account, however, this was not the case. When I called the bank, they told me that my purchase from this company was declined because of a high frequency of fraudulent transactions. Thank you **** Debit Card ????!! They took great care of my account, and I decided that I would never order from a company like this again. Only through Amazon.Very grateful for ****.

  Don't order from this company. It is a scam. I ordered 3 totaling ****** and they collected the money from my account right away. However, been over a week and I haven't heard anything back from when I placed the order on 12/26/22. It is now 1/3/23 and called again and told as soon as it ships I will get an email. What kind of company don't keep the customer up to date with what is going on? I called numerous times to get updates which the company should be informing me about. I have to keep calling them. I will never deal with this company again. One rude man when I asked was this company a fruad got upset and I told him how would you fee. He said it will be shipped out on 1/3/23 which is Tuesday. Call back and and the lady says on Thursday. Don't trust this company. Call now and no one is answering the phone.

  Do not use church suits for lets; I paid and never got my merchandise . No one never answers the phone at night or during the day. Do not order from this company or site

  I ordered a ***************************** White ***** Suit for $254.00 from Church Suits for Less for Easter church service. I made my purchase online on March 25, 2021 via my checking account. I received a confirmation from the company on this same date. I was advised I would receive an email when the order ships. I became concerned because I did not receive an email regarding shipping and if not shipped soon I would miss my Easter date to receive it.My final call was today, March 29, 2021. I asked the lady who answered the telephone is my purchase a scam? I gave her my order number, I asked was my purchase legit and is Church Suits for Less a legitimate business. She left the telephone and a man's voice came on, he sounded upset, and proceeded to say he doesn't like what I asked and continued with stating that my order is cancelled, I will get a full refund, and go make my purchase somewhere else. At that time all contact with this company ended. I immediately received an email from the company stating my order has been cancelled because they do not have enough stock to fulfill the order and that payment has been refunded. I was never informed the suit was not in stock.The preceding account is extremely similar to mine! I ordered three suits from them and was sent an email July 7 my order was received. I called on July 13th confirming policy for returns. One item was too large (needed smaller)and the other two I wanted to exchange for something else. The lady said I would need to return first and then we could process my exchanges on the other two items. I sent almost 30 dollars returning on 7/18 and never heard from them. Called on 25th MULTIPLE times ,hung up on, put on hold, cut off in middle of talking to finally have the Owner get on and say he taking 25% of my money as a restock and refunding the rest bcuz I am rude in asking about my items. NEVER LET ME TALK! They are SCAMMERS,RUDE and OBNOXIOUS! I am glad I did it thru a 3rd party and requested a FULL RETURN!!
