June-12-2024. I contacted Campbells by phone, email and a letter which contained the label from the can with the evidence of an almost inch rock hard and very sharp piece of bean stem in their vegetarian vegetable soup. In the letter i told them that this could've sent me to the hospital or even worst if it got stuck in my throat. I asked them if they felt any responsibility and what are they are going to do about it. Now that it has been 11 days and i have not heard back from them, i believe that they just don't care. I will now warn everyone that i can about my experience. I will also stay away from anything to do with Campbell's

This consumer's complaint was received June 13th and entered under Ticket # ******* . He was responded to via email the same day. He did not answer the questions we asked to conduct a quality investigation, only stating that he mailed the object (we would typically send a fed ex envelope for collection). He was then informed on June 17th that he would be receiving a check. If he does not receive this check with-in 15 business days, he should let us know. Please let us know if there is any other information or assistance to the consumer we can provide.Review from Barbara G

The Old Fashioned Vegetable Beef soup tasted & smelled horrible & caused gas in my stomach. I had not had Campbell soup for a long time & bought 4 of these... I dumped all 4 in the sink/garbage so the cans could be recycled & the smell in my kitchen was disgusting! I read the Nutrition ******************* *****% salt!?! That much salt to disguise the taste did not work & that much salt is dangerous for people's lives!!! & the extra note on contained ingredients...no doubt cancer warnings for your soups! Your only concern is filling your pockets with $$$ ? ??. I will NEVER buy your soups again!!!Campbell Soup Company Response

The foods being sold from Campbell soup company contains animal f**** from a pig, cow, or horse. I purchased Spaghetti sauce from the fresh grocer located on **************** that contained animal Sperm, I believe it was Sperm from a horse.Campbell Soup Company Response
