    I bought new headlights for $250, plus the cost of installation. Right away, there was an issuethe headlights didnt come with the right harness, so after four hours of troubleshooting, I finally got them installed. Then, after just a little rain(same day), moisture built up inside the lenses.When I contacted the company, their only solution was to return the headlights. But what about the time and money I already spent on installation? What about the mechanics labor? Apparently, thats just my loss.With customer service like this, I wouldnt risk buying from them again. Its a ****** whether youll get a product that actually works, and if you run into issues, dont expect any real support. Terrible experience!!!

    False representation of a product, I recently ordered a dash cover. I ordered the cover based on the picture, the pictured cover has the center speaker hole cutout, the very reason I order this specific dash cover, so my dash center speaker wouldnt be covered. I received the dash cover, and the cover didnt have the center speaker hole cutout in it. I called Carid immediately, I was told since it was a special order item, I would have to wait for a response. I get a email saying the pic only represents the color of the dash cover. I asked how is that when you show several with the center speaker hole cutout and several without the hole cutout. I asked isnt that misleading to get people to order what they think is the specific dash cover for their car, and when it arrives there told its made with the center speaker hole covered to protect the speaker, and they do it to protect your speaker. Which is very misleading cause you by the one that isnt covering your speaker, so it doesnt sound muffled. I think theyre giving me excuses cause theyre probably showing a item that isnt made anymore, or they just messed up the order that takes 2 - 3 weeks to get to you after you order it anyway. I normally have good things to say about Carid, but this may be the start of me having to find a company that sell and send you exactly why the advertised and you purchased from them. Either way Im not happy about this dash cover..

    Ordered a set of headlights, over a two weeks with no shipping time or tracking info. Customerservicehad to "reach out to thw manufacturer" and get back to me with an updatewithin24-48hours. That updatenever came. Canceled the order and currently a week with no refund not even an email update. Tried to order a different set of headlights and same problem. The order has been pending for a week. **************** says they reached out to the manufacturer with no return status to me.... Buyer beware. This company should NOT be in business. I'd give negative stars if I could....

    They sent the wrong size rims and don't want to give a refund or the right size rims as a result I'm without a car right now I wish I could give them no stars

    Bought a KYB strut for my car, was like $90...blew within a year ,...contacted them to find it was still under warranty, now they wanted an additonal $60 for the exact same strut, I refused to pay them the additional money, they tried charging my credit card and I reported it, so fast forward, I get the new strut and this one blows too. Now they refuse to give me any sort of refund sighting they lost money, I had to pay to uninstall twice and reinstall twice, plus I had to pay for a new strut, Im out close to $500 because "their" product failed, I dont think its too much to ask for my $90 back,, but they told me theres nothing they could do ....just a huge inconvenience for me . Definitely lost another customer

    I placed an order for 2 tires + a set of rims and all 4 tires mounted and balanced. The order shipping email is disorganized and does NOT specifically tell me the status of the Continental tires that I ordered but says the delivery date would be November 18th. The 2 tires should have arrived already yet I have no tracking or status update of any kind. As for the wheels and tires that I ordered, I have no clue where they are. This whole order was entirely time sensitive but at the time of ordering I had plenty of time, now it's getting to the final hour. I am very unhappy with the lack of clarity and response as I have reached out 4 times. The first attempt was addressed by CARiD in a manner that was not specific to my concern and the chatbot informed me for my second attempt that someone would reach out yet I have no correspondence, the third time I sent an email and waited 4 days before sending another email and making a review today. I feel ignored at the moment by everyone at CARiD EXCEPT for the sales department that calls me several times a day regarding an item in my cart that I have decided NOT to purchase based off this experience

    Bought my item on 11/18/2024 and the item I received was not what I ordered. I received my order within the 2 day I was given at the time of purchase. The box was marked correctly but the item inside was wrong. so it is entirely possible it was a manufacturer error. I contacted CarID the same day I received the order. I provided all the requested information and photos of the issue within minutes of getting off the phone with customer support. It took 3 days to get a response that it would be another 4-5 business days before I could get a shipping label to return the incorrect item and I would not receive my correct item until it was returned. 5 days (11/29/2024) later I got an email saying they didn't even want the item back and "Confirmation of your refund or exchange will be sent via email within ***** business hours". Today 12/03/2024 (admittedly within the 48hour time period) I reached out to customer support because I didn't want to wait another 48 business hours/6 BUSINESS DAYS and I was told it would be at the earliest another 3 days before the item would possibly ship. So it will be over 3 week to receive something I should have gotten in 2 days. I asked the customer service *** if this could be expedited considering at this point it has been over 2 weeks and every delay has been on CarIDs side and was told there was no way to get it expedited. Absolutely do not buy from CarID for something you need quickly, cause if they s**** it up your gonna be waiting weeks per their own internal miss management, or request a refund and go somewhere else but even then you're gonna wait at least a WEEK for them to get you a SHIPPING LABEL to ship back their s**** up only to possibly find out they don't even want it back and you wasted your time all together.

    This company has no integrity and pulls bait switch. They run promotion and don't honor it..it's just their way to get you to order. Then they tell you they apologize and you are sol.

    I placed an order with Carid for two axels. Unfortunately, I got a new car and returned the parts on the same day they were delivered which was 10/10/24. The same day I went to ***** to return them. They only received one of the parts and the other part they never received the item. They have not refunded the money to ****** which is a company that I can split the payment in four. So now I am going to be responsible for paying the full price because the monies were not refunded. I will never order from them again. I see why there are a lot of complaints against this company.

    I purchased a front bumper for 2004 ***** silverado. The item arrived with plenty of over wrapped cardboard and plastic. When I took the time to uncovered the bumper I noticed it was damaged. I took pictures and file a complaint and attached the pictures I took. A couple of the days I received and email requesting more information and pictures of the item not opened up with a sticker of packaging. This how their going to handling something that was damaged. What type of ownership and responsibility do they own, but questioning me is very unethical. There is no credibility and transparency from this company and I will never ordering anything from this company again.
