    This place is a scam! They sell tickets online for $17 and then they tell you theyre sold out, when you arrive they tell you you can buy tickets for $40 a person to get in,Their Porta potties are filthy, The garbage pails are overflowing with garbage there is no cell service and the best Part it took me two hours to get out of the parking lot. It was a standstill, no joke.!!! They are making money handover fist and they are not providing any customer service. God forbid you experience a medical emergency you are trapped And at the end of all this tulips were wilted This is a scam!!I would not recommend this place go find another tulip farm. Shame on them.!!!

    This business is a disgrace! After traveling two hours to get there from *************, we arrive to be told that their tickets are sold out, but if we paid $40 we could get in at the door (tickets are $17 online.). We drove too far to turn back and go home, so we paid the $40. We picked our tulips and got to our car. It took close to two hours to get out of the parking lot! There was no order. Some of the staff said that there were too many people without tickets and thats why they were overcrowded. In other words, the $40 ticket payers caused over crowding! They over sold tickets for $40 just to make money and yet at 5:40 they were still selling $40 tickets. They should be ashamed of themselves! The port-a-potties were filthy, there was no cell service to alert someone in case of emergency and garbage pails were over flowing with garbage. Our 1 car spent close to $350 between tickets and tulips and these people are just greedy with horrible customer service!!! Unfortunately I could not give a ZERO star review!! Go elsewhere!!!

    After last year's fiasco of being charged twice for the same tickets and this business not refunding us, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt for this year's season, but that was a mistake.I accidentally brought tickets for the wrong day. I immediately contacted this business to see if they would allow us to switch days, especially since I will be out of town due to a medical procedure, and this is the response I received "We have received hundreds of emails like yours for the same issue. Tickets are non refundable and not eligible for exchange. It's listed on the product description and in the terms you agree to. It's also printed on the ticket. There are NO refunds and NO exceptions to this, including medical reasons. We list it everywhere. It is our policy that you agree to when checking out. It's YOUR choice to buy the tickets or not!"I then asked if this year they will be more accommodating for people with disabilities rather than a member of their staff telling people the handicapped lot is for people in wheelchairs ONLY, not allowing people with disabilities to go ahead on the tractor line to be brought back to their cars (especially if it's obvious they are in duress) and if they turn away people with service dogs or not and this is the response I received "Some of our seasonal staff may have been misinformed regarding this." When I told them they need to inform their staff better than and provide proper training, this is the response I received, "It is impossible to guarantee that our seasonal staff understand all our protocols and to provide trainings. We are sorry if you feel otherwise."Very poor business practices. This business has now lost a customer life.
