Ive never used misfits market before I received an ad in social media so I looked it up before you can look at prices you have to add payment so I put the information in it included my Apple wallet and then I did not like anything that was on there. The prices were more than the grocery store and I did not want a subscription and all of a sudden I wake up this morning and it is placed in order for me. There's no way to cancel the order I looked at the Website less than 24 hours ago. Im not able to contact anyone. I want a refund but I have to speak to the merchant first and no one theres no one to speak to their practices are deceptive. You should have to decide that you want to place an order and acknowledge that youre placing order. I didnt even double click on my iPhone. Im really upset with their practices and I think that it needs to be addressed someone that does not want an order should not wakeup the next morning less than 24 hours later to an order being charged to them because they wanted to look at prices.Business Response

Like many others, an order was placed automatically without me knowing. I was not under the impression that they would charge my card in the midnight so i cant even cancel it. i dont want this food. i want a refund.Business Response

Billed On 3-19 & one pending. 42.88x2 I went on site to browse, they make you add your info including cc#. The site was not something I would order & found prices to be same at g stores. I got out of site. 2 days ago I saw a msg as to a delivery The box contained food I would never order+it was vegan. They had no right to do this. There isn't a customer # to call them. I was interested in possibly opening up a subscription to Misfits Market in order to look at the products they had to offer you had to giveall your identifying information, including a credit card before you could start looking at any products they offered I decided to cancel my subscription since I could not preview the products they had to offer before my first order online and their website kept telling me my password was incorrect and password codes to reset it which never worked. The telephone number that's listed on the Internet for their customer. Service is actually for fossil FOSSIL I'm assuming the watch company.. I want my subscription canceled immediately as of today, March 20, 2025. I have not placed a first order. I will not be placing anyorders I want my subscription canceled with no charges to my credit card ever.. I think it's ridiculous that your website makes it impossible to get into your account or reset your password so you can cancel your subscription account. Unfair business practices if you ask me make it right cancel my subscription immediately and do not charge me for anything. Like MANY others, I was charged an unauthorized amount for a cart that I was looking at. I just wanted to check out the service. This charge comes at a particularily devastating time. I make $36,000 a year as a PhD student. I have about $500 right now that is supposed to last me two weeks. Misfits Market has charged me $42 unauthorized for groceries I cannot afford. Last night I was debating between getting eggs at the real grocery store, and this morning I wake up to the news that $42 has been removed my amount. I am livid and feel powerless. I would NEVER recommend even making an account with this company to test out the waters as I did.Business Response

I was looking at misfit market to see if it was worth getting groceries from if they have anything that we would like to get. I had to make an account to be able to actually look at the stuff I made an account was considering it put my card in the account. I did not make an order whatsoever. Misfit market decided to do an order on my behalf because my card was in there. It was delivered today, March 13, 2025. I did not approve this purchase nor did I want to order from there because they didnot have things that I wanted to order. I have contacted their customer help. They dont have a phone line so it makes it extremely hard cancel a subscription that I didnt even know that I was going to have and I didnt know. I was gonna have food from there whenI didnt want to this was not put in agreement and I believe they should be closed down due to just taking peoples money even if they create an account and are interested in looking at the products that they have.Business Response

I looked at the page out of curiosity, as a person with illness I'm always looking to find my formula cheaper. I was told that misfits may carry stuff that could help. (I am tube fed). I saw that they didn't offer anything that could help. They sent me an unauthorized order that I am HIGHLY allergic to. I've reached out over and over to advise this wasn't authorized. I was informed last week that I should select items from misfits. I texted that I did not have an acct. It came today . I had to cancel my credit card. The charge was $62. This has happened with Dinnerly. I had never heard of them. The produce was not worth th $62.Business Response

In Feb, I visited Misfit Market site, the 26th I thimk. Had to enter my name to see prices. It evidently auto filled my info including **** credit card number and signed me up for a year subscription which I did not want. Recieved a box of food a couple of days later and cancelled card. They tried sending me another box but payment was declined because I cancelled card after talking to ****. I will pay for box of food but I want a refund on the years subscription price. $79. I think. I tried emailing them earlier this week. No answer. Phone number appears bogus ************. Not a valid number.Business Response

I was informed this morning of a $55.07 charge on my new card account that I recently got a week ago. misfit market somehow charged my account that is not recorded in their system. even after going on the account info, it showed my past card number that was cancelled so I'm not understanding how they are able to access an account that isn't even on their record. this is a fraudulent act that was not authorized at all. they phone numbers and all are closed and no longer work, and they are stealing people money.Business Response
