      I just wanted to browse options on MISFITS MARKET and see what the fuss was about. I needed to input my card info before I could browse which was a mistake. I wake up to an order placed at 3:00 am and $60 charged to my ***** I have no options to cancel and do want anything they are shipping to me. I never authorized them to place an order, I just wanted to check out what their app offered. Buyer beware! 3/3/25

      Like many others, an order was placed automatically without me knowing. I was not under the impression that they would charge my card in the wee hours of the morning so i cant even cancel it. i dont want this food. i want a refund.

      I subscribed to this grocery service late at night when I was half awake and forgot my password. I have been trying to cancel the service but all attempts to change password have failed because they never send me the code to reset. I have checked my spam. I also tried to email customer service but only received automated confirmations which promise to contact me which they haven't done so far. I don't want to cancel the credit card I just want to stop the service.

      I saw an ad for this online so I wanted to see what the polices were like.i was interested at first but the price want in my budget. it needed my card to sign in and make an account but i never made an order just browsed the website. A few days later a package arrived at my door and j was missing a little over $40. It said I had a subscription that I never made. ******** experience with customer service. There is no working phone number and the chat they have doesnt work correct and takes forever. Now I have un needed groceries that I cant afford and i cant return it.

      I am rejecting this response because: there are so many complaints about people who never wanted a subscription and you guys as a business should take these complaints and make a change. As for my order I never wanted to make a purchase. The ammount out of time you have to reach out to customer service to cancel the order is so small and the fact that its an email only  customer service makes shopping and cancellation difficult. I would still like a full refund on my order given the lack of help this business provides. I would also like to add that the box you guys sent to me was absurdly large given the items in it. There was about 4-6 small items that were shipped in a box more than double the size that it needed. While the items in my box were only slightly damaged this isnt my main concern but should be added for a safer delivery with more fragile purchases.

      I signed up to check out prices, and delayed my first box because I lost my job. I got the text saying the order was going to ship and to address changes before the following day, so I immediately canceled my account in order to stop my card from being charged. The next day I got a text saying my order was shipped. Thats when I saw my account wasnt canceled, (even though the button I pressed said cancel subscription) but instead changed to a flex account. This is unacceptable and a shady way to operate a business.

      Upon signing up to view their service you are prompted to put in a card number. The first prompt states you will not be charged until you place an order. I woke up this morning to a charge of $57.70 for an order I did not place. I have filled out their chat form 3 times and have yet to hear back before the order ships. The phone number does not work. I have been trying to cancel the order all day with no luck.

      Misfits Market charged my credit card for something that I had not ordered or signed up for I registered my credit card number and was told that no order would be placed unless I decided to place an order this company decided to place a order on behalf of me and when trying to contact them I can't contact them the phone numbers hang up and they keep on processing payments to my credit card with without my authorization and without me even placing an order. Again I never placed an order or authorized any orders to be placed this business seems like such a scam

      My complaint is very similar to the others that read on here. I logged into my imperfect produce account which I quickly learned is now Misfit Market. I am not sure how but I was opted in to an $80 delivery that I neither wanted nor received a confirmation that I opted in for until my credit card was charged for a delivery to an address I no longer live at. I immediately reached out to the support team to cancel the order and up until this point, I have not received a response. I am not sure how they get away with not information you that you have opted into their subscription with out any confirmation but I am in touch with my credit card company and I will be seeking a dispute if their care team does not answer.

      This business sounds great and I was genuinely interested in its offering. However, I cannot log into the account I created and, after several attempts to reset my account password, I cant get in to make any changes to the orders. None of my email addresses seem to be connected to any account and I git charged for an order that I had no ability to modify or cancel because theres no email account to do that. But I still got charged and I still got a shipment. Id like to cancel this but cant because theres no way for me to find out how to do that. Theres no contact phone number to call, only an online contact form that wont work for me because none of my email addresses are associated with an account

      I am filing a complaint against Misfits Market regarding an unauthorized charge to my account on January 29th, 2025. As a returning customer who had previously paused my account, I decided to explore their services again by adding items to my cart on the website. I did not proceed to place an order; I simply browsed the available products. That was the reason why I didn't modify my old address. Despite not completing the purchase, I was charged on 29th Jan 3 AM without my authorization. I attempted to contact customer service but found no available phone support. The automated chat system was unhelpful, and my emails requesting assistance went unanswered. I don't think this can help me timely manner (I don't know if this delayed response and no real-time support is on purpose). I tried multiple times to cancel the charge or modify the order but was unsuccessful.Their website clearly states that charges will only occur upon clicking the "Place Order" button, which I did not do. Additionally, I was required to enter my card information merely to explore grocery options, despite not intending to make a purchase.Given that I did not authorize this transaction and was unable to cancel it through the provided channels, I am requesting a full refund of the charged amount. As I did not intend to place an order, I did not modify my address, so I will not have this order that I paid for, and this is not right.This experience is very frustrating, and I definitely think the Misfits market needs to change their forceful transaction.
