    Choice Warranty is the lowest form of a warranty company. They use the lowest of technicians available. The companies they use do not provide the service necessary to ensure the equipment is properly serviced. They are not equipped with the necessary tools in order to repair the damaged equipment. The plumber they sent out to me could not repair my plumbing issues, did not even have a water hose. I had to hire my own personal plumber. Im going through the same process now with an electrical system problem and Choice Warranty can not provide a decent electrical service for me and I have been dealing with this issue for over two weeks. Im going to hire my own electrician in order to get the electrical work done. Please advise, do not pay to use Choice Warranty! A waste of money spent!

    this company is awful. They market that you protect you against failure of many of your common household products and buried in there legs terms and conditions they have Multiple ways to avoid coming through and successfully completing a claim. In my Case the assigned a tech and approved the claim the **** had to come back 4 times over a month and his final findings and identified repairs were denied as it was residual damage from one of the first repairs made. If the tech diagnosed the problem correctly the second problem may never have happened.

    Poor customer service and failure to cover items that are listed as covered in the contract. I've paid out of pocket for two "covered" items with Choice.

    THEY DONT PAY THE SERVICE ***** WHAT THEY HAVE AGREED ON, THEY TRY TO HAVE HOME OWNERS PAY FOR THE SERVICE THAT THE INSURANCE COMPANY SHOULD PROVICE AND THEN DONT PAY THE ***** THAT DO THE WORK, PUT UNNECESSARY HOLDS ON PAY AND MAKE EXCUSES TO HOLD MONEY OWED FOR 365 DAYS, AND SAY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS HAS CAUSED. THEY OWE US OVER ***** FROM WORK PREFORMED, AND PARTS INSTALLED BECAUSE WE ASKED FOR ANSWERS ON CALLS AND WHY THEY FROZE OUR ACCOUNT, A WORD FOR THE WISE, DONT GO WITH THIS WARRANTY COMPANY, THEY DONT PAY THE SERVICE PEOPLE THAT NOT ONLY SUPPLY PARTS TO REPAIR YOUR APPLIANCES, BUT THEY DONT PAY WHAT THEY AGREE ON, THEY OWE US OVER ***** IN INVOICES AND HAVE REFUSED TO PAY UP TO A YEAR OF SERVICE RENDERED.

    On 5-20-24 my heat pump died in the middle of a heat wave. They sent out a tech right away but nothing happened after that. Meanwhile Im without air conditioning after numerous calls and emails. After nothing but the run around, I had another company replace my air unit on 6-27-24. I asked for something towards my unit with no reply. I also called to cancel their warranty service with no reply. *** said as soon as the parts were returned I would receive a refund. On 7-9-24 the parts were returned. I have not received anything towards the payment of $6500.00 towards my new unit. The only calls , texts, or emails I received from this company was to renew my policy. Are you kidding me? I would never do business with this company or recommend them to anyone. I am an elderly women with a chronic disease and they left me without air for over a month in one of the hottest times.

    I was misled in adding Septic Tank pumping on to my contract, I was told if I smell my septic tank in my home then that is considered a backup. The people they were sending would have cost 600 to 800 $ and Choice Home Warranty would not had covered this much. So I found a cheaper place 450$ start to Finish. These people I hired had no experience with *** so they were supposed to diagnose the situation apply it to CHW and get a return reply whether they will cover it or not. So the Tech said to me yes you were about to have a catastrophic problem. Just because he did not put it was backing up in the paperwork, well now I am out 450$ even though they already knew it was backing up. I am disabled and have 0 income coming in. So in my mind they took advantage of an elderly disabled man.

    I wish I would have checked around more and more information on this company before signing up ,they talk a good game but sure is hard to get them to find someone to do the repair needed.but I figured the can't find anyone to do the repairs for them because they probably don't get there pay or compensation for there work .I learn my ****** CHIOCE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY IS A SCAM

    This company is a complete scam! They hire people who have no idea what theyre doing. The company, *****************, was supposed to send a technician to fix my dryer. Someone came, looked at the dryer, and told me that new parts needed to be ordered. Once the part arrived, the technician stopped answering my callseven the home warranty company couldnt reach him. They sent ***** home services to fix something else. Those guys did not know anything. I live in a decent-sized town with plenty of local technicians, handymen, and specialists for plumbing, electrical work, and garage door repairs. Yet, this warranty company always sends someone from two hours away. The reason? No local professionals want to work with them because they either dont pay on time or pay far too little. I own several rental properties, and not a single claim has been resolved properly. Every time, I have to make at least 1015 phone calls, argue with them, and still end up paying out of pocket just to get things fixed. At this point, I refuse to deal with them anymore!

    I have had Choice Home Warranty for several years and am extremely disappointed in the service I have had this year. I submitted a claim Jan 14, 2025 about my Bosch (European) dryer and they sent a technician out. He ordered a part and three weeks later it was installed. My dryer still has the same problem...it turns off after about 10 minutes of drying towels. The technician was suppose to come out this afternoon but he ordered another part without even coming to diagnose the real problem. IThe Tampa area office does not have trained, professional appliance repair technicians. Choice said they would send another company but I would have to pay another $85 service fee. I told them which companies work on ***** appliances in ******** but they won't send this company. I'm a realtor and give Choice referrals...or I DID give them referrals. I will find another home warranty company for myself and other customers. From the customer reviews on this site, I don't even see how this company has remained in business. My next communication is to the State of Florida, a complaint against business licenses. These people are so unprofessional and so are their technicians. I feel totally ripped off for the money I have paid the past year.

    About to use another warranty company. A technician came out on Monday to fix a drip in my bathroom faucet. He claimed he replaced the cartridge, but the sink was still dripping. I usually check the work, but this time I didnt and found out the next morning. It was still dripping. I called choice home warranty told them that he didnt fix the problem and they rescheduled for him to come out today between 3 and 8 PM. He did not respond when I called nor showed up. I called choice home warranty again and they told me give it 24 hours and they will reassign me to another tech. I said to lady if he is not responding after five hours, why do I need to wait another 24 hours to see if youll respond when he isnt answering your calls nor mine. She got kind of rude with me and then I got rude back. I said Im not paying for another contractor.. let me speak to your manager she puts me on hold for ************************************************************************************************ there arent any people to take those calls right now and there are no supervisors at this time, but he did say would reassign my claim to someone else without paying another service fee. I would just have to wait 24 hours for a new technician. I definitely will not be using them again and hopefully this person thats supposed to come out and fix the problem can do it. Had I seen all these complaints prior to signing up with them? I wouldve never signed up with them.. ***.
