I paid $300 in cash and couldnt get my refund??? Only store credit. This is messed up. I need the money and they only give store credit. Never going here again.Business response

Can you please provide a photo of your receipt? As stated at the registers in our stores, we provided store credit or debit/credit refunds for cash purchases. Our stores do not always have the cash on hand to provide cash refunds for large purchases. We can assist you further with a refund in the form of a check or debit refund. We will need to some information before we are able to issue the refund. If you are unable to provide your receipt, we can locate it in our records with the city and state of the store, date of return and name of one of the items returned.

RIDICULOUS return policy! I could NOT get a refund since I paid with ****! Are you kidding me??? I even had my receipt. They said " if you paid with credit/debit card we could refund your card. Since you paid with CASH, you can only get a store credit." I'll NEVER step foot in there again! ??Business response

I had placed a order via your website and it never came. The tracking is stating delivered but I never got the order. I keep getting told by customer service to wait without *********. I contacted the carrier several times and they just keep telling me to contact the company. This was ordered for October fest and now I have no Halloween costumes but also not getting any help what so ever and getting disconnected on live chat with no appreciation as a customer. I would appreciate getting a refund of my funds at this point so I can atleast attempt to purchase before Halloween.Business response

I purchased two items from Spirit Halloween store online in 9/14 (order #*********) for $73.18 with free shipping using a promo code. A shipping label was created and I have a fed ex tracking number. But my package hasnt actually shipped yet and its been nearly two weeks. Ive called 4 times to the customer service and they say someone will contact me back in *****. No one has called back. I called again today and demanded to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor said she would reship the package and I would get another email with tracking number. I never got an email. I want my package as Ive paid for it. They have stolen my money. Please help resolve this.Business response

Additionally, we are not able to fill the Buzz costume for the Toy Story 4 Deluxe but was able to find the original Toy Story costume and we will ship it you you free of charge. Two weeks in a row Spencers spirit Halloween (payroll) have taken their sweet time paying me and others!! The week of 9/23/22 this past Friday I was not paid my funds which *** worked really hard beening that the company wanted us to rush to open the store location in a rush which they created by starting the season extremely LATE!! So we as loyal good workers meet the dead line but then why dont we get paid on time with no problems? We get paid weekly. Also ********** debit card came from the company! I already have my Go2Bank card in file on my application for direct deposit when I finish my application online. So I dont understand why they 1.gave me a wisley card?????? 2. Havent paid me on time in two weeks??? 3. Why they havent honored my job application information?????? ( people work to get the payment on time!!(whats direct deposit for if its not gonn be used correctly???Business response

I ordered two items online from Spencers. Today I learned that there was an error in the delivery and my package was sent back to the sender. I reached out to Spencer's to find out any information about the package. For reference, in my building, we only receive packages from ***** not ****** I also signed up for the text updates from Spencer's service alerts. That being said, the representative I spoke to said that the package was with ****** and the package was currently "in transit." This information disputed what I was told from both **** and the service alerts, which both confirmed that my package was currently out for delivery. Also, when I spoke to ***** about the package, they basically said there is no history of it and their tracking website provides no location. So currently, I have no information on where this package is.For reference, my tracking number is ********************* and my confirmation is **********.Business response

I wanted my money back because Iwentbin today to get an ink tag removedoff underwear last week they forgot to remove, I couldn't give the present ok I wasn't mad while I waited in line I saw 2 employees talking one up on ladder at hats I asked " excuse can you get her to hand me that hat, the pale girl with glasses and long dark hair, asked snooty Oh Are you talking to me? So she has her hand the hat to cashier, ( this is the same cashier that last week didn't take ink tag off & just removed the ink tag from the underwear, apologies Then rings up my hat puts it in my bag I leave I get home, Wow the hat that you have to have a ladder to get that I never touched has an ink tag, So now I want my money back I don't want to pay these people that are wasting my time like this anything, I go back & am informed they were really busy, and there is no refund policy. So Everything in that store Has an ink tag, I don't work there so but they do 2 times in a row is a little much and I think they did it on purpose, The girl maybe in charge the pale skin and glasses was really enjoying being a bit h about it I saw no signs that said No Refund ...they wasted my time the receipt says no cash refunds, but not in store transaction code ****** ****** is from my receiptBusiness response

I ordered 2 products online. When I received my order, one of the products was incorrect. When I emailed to resolve it, I was told they may no longer have that product, so they substituted something else. So I said I wanted what I ordered. I didn't order this product. They asked for a picture of the product I received and the shipping invoice which I provided. After 2 weeks they have not responded. I would like either the product I ordered or a refund for the product and the expedited shipping, since 2 weeks waiting for resolution is not expedited.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:My response to this was not posted. They only refunded partial. They did not refund my expedited shipping they I did not receive when they failed to send the wrong products. The shipping was more than they refunded for the product.
I am not satisfied with this resolution and my response should be reflected in my dispute that they did not fully refund my money.

Ive been a customer of this company for years this was the first time i had a horrible experience Friday July 15th i walked in the store just got off work about 8 pm tired looking for a tshirt to wear to match with some shoes for work this location was in the ***************** mall the manager which i found out was a manager later made me very uncomfortable every tshirt i picked up she came and touched or removed she was so close to me i purposely moved around she followed mind you theres plenty of others in the store at that time she didnt watch any of them i played it off walked to the other side she followed stood next to me with her arms folded she also was peeking around fixtures at me i work for a huge retailer so i know what she was thinking it was insulting and disrespectful i never had no intentions of stealing Ive bought several items from Spencers Ive contacted their customer service and have got no response of this doesnt get addressed i will get a attorneyBusiness response
