No stars wife in wheelchair booked flight paid for paid for aisle seats confirmed by them. Received call they don’t have the seats! This is bait and switch still have no money back. They keep calling all hours but I’m old and poor and still working now can’t fly wife to grandchildren she doesn’t have much time, no money back no paid for promised seat I’m sick of this. 1 starWas the most frustrating experience! Trying to get answers for charges and changes. Told I would receive a call within 30 minutes in regards to my dispute. No call...chat drops you continually. They charged me more than what the airline confirmed cost. I have used up way to much time with them. Cannot believe they are allowed to continue to do business. SCAM!!! SCAM!!!!Can I give zero star? I booked my trip and the price was a good deal. I put all my information and I received a call from this company at 1:00am without identification number. The attendant left a voicemail asking me to call back because I booked a trip but wasn't confirmed yet. I though is so weird this never happened I always bought online and charge my credit card, receive all information. I never had to call nobody to confirm. Also I received an email asking me to call them back to confirm my trip. So I called back: first, their English is so weird, I didn't understand nothing what the lady said I just got: your trip is not available anymore and you need to buy a new one; second the price is $500 more than I booked before. So I asked them to cancel and I hope they won't charge my credit card. I can't talk to her because I didn't understand what kind language she was speaking.Cheap Flights Fares, LLC

1 starThis could not have been a worse experience. I booked a flight for my son but within 1-hour, had to cancel due to a schedule conflict that arose. Even though the website says fares are refundable within 24 hours, I was told that only applies to major air carriers not discount carriers. However, that is buried in small print in the Terms & Conditions. And, no where does the website identify which carriers are discount or warn you that the 24-hour refund policy does not apply for the chosen carrier. They would not offer a credit but said I could reschedule. After two calls, they revealed that I can only reschedule if the new flight is within 7 days of the existing flight. That is NOT in the fine print. The $78 advertised fare climbed to a $211 loss within minutes of booking.Review fromWB J

Will never never never do business with this dishonest company again!!! When I challenged them why I had not received e-tickes four days before my trip, they lied. while the flight I booked through them was normal, the representative said it was canceled and asked me to change to another day's flight. They charged my $574 for such a disgusting service. And I even found that they charged me more than the price on ** website! Horrible experience. 1 starTerrible customer service booked a ticket on Wednesday Oct 26 2022 they took my $500 called United and they said that this flight was canceled and they were going to reconfirm this well it is October 31st and i still don't have a ticket. 1 starI would not recommend doing business with this company. My experience was such that they sent a "pending confirmation" quoting a price for three airline tickets. Then, they called and said they could not ticket as they quoted and I needed to pay $74 more per ticket in order to complete the booking. What a scam! I expressed my displeasure and shared that it seemed like a bait and switch tactic to get more money from a consumer. I didn't have any option but to agree to pay the higher price. I do not have the flexibility to fly on a different day or time. Horrible! Zero stars would be a better rating of this company.Review fromMolly A

Wish I could give zero stars. There customer service is terrible. Have asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold for more than 30 mins. And then hung up on. I booked two flights for my daughters in March 2022 for a flight tomorrow June 14th and web checking in online the day before, only one flight was confirmed the other was cancelled. The are telling me I didn’t pay for the other flight. Both flights were made on the same day, same confirmation. They are claiming I only paid for one when I have a confirmation email for two totaling $530. And they want me to pay more money. Never use this company they are terrible. I’m loosing money as we speaking taking off work to be placed on long holds and hung up on still with no resolution other than for me to pay more money.Cheap Flights Fares, LLC

1 starWorse booking ever!!! First, they had me flying out of the wrong airport. When I called they tried to charge an additional 250 dollars to fly into and out of correct airport. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he told me NO, I can pay fee or hang up. I asked to speak with someone over him and again he told me no and hung up in my face!!!! My flight was totally screwed up and had me flying out and into the wrong airport! DO NOT USE THIS SCAM of a fake company! Worse booking of my life!!!
