    So I booked a flight through them to go on an international trip, a week before my father was told he could travel on a long flight (interrnational). They stated they cancelled it well I was checking today well it wasnt cancelled and they reissued the tickets to a domestic flight (someone pretended to be my father) and gave them a different email address to reissue to the credits to. They are scammers and also charged us an additional 1200 dollars for fees for flights. Never boo with them.

    DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. I booked a flight and did not get flight confirmation from the airline. I called Cheap Flight Fares, LLC less than an hour later to check in, and they said that the only way they could keep me on the same flight is if they increased the price by $100+. They claimed "other people had booked this same deal at the exact same time [my] booking." They would not allow me to speak with customer service over the phone saying that they could only respond to inquiries via email. I wish that I had check BBB before booking to see the other horrible reviews! I will never be using their services again.

    CheapFlightsFares .com are bait and switch scammer company/ website.I needed to cancel my flight and did that in a timely matter, within a week of my departure flight.They emailed me stating that I would receive my refund within 3 business weeks, but it didn't happen. I called their customer service number to ask them and they said it would take another 3 weeks at least to get my refund and also said my plane ticket was non- refundable and this was an outright lie because I have the proof in the email they sent me, stating that I purchased a refundable booking.I filed a Dispute Claim with my credit card company to get my refund.Don't fall or get pressured by ************************. to drop your dispute claims.They charged me double the price for cancellation fee that is stated on their website.This is a very dishonest travel agency.I recommend purchasing plane tickets directly from the airlines you fly on.This was a learning experience for me and I don't want someone else to go through this terrible experience.

    HORRIBLE - ZERO STARS IF I COULD Booked through this bogus company (CFF) for round trip airfare with ***************. Never got any communication directly from Spirit confirming anything, but got confirmation email from *** after booking and 24 hours prior to departing flight saying everything was good to go. Went to the Spirit website to check in online on the day of our departing flight and Spirit said our reservation was cancelled. Called CFF customer service, got the run around. First, they said they didnt see anything about our reservations being cancelled, and everything should be good to go. After telling them that spirit said it was cancelled, the agent called spirit and told us that Spirit cancelled our reservation because our returning flight was cancelled and there were no returning flights via spirit so they cancelled the whole reservation (both flights). This was hours before our departing flight and CFF only refunded our money and refused to do anything else. We ended up re-booking our original departing flight through Spirit, ON THE WAY TO THE AIRPORT, and it costed over twice as much for the one way flight than our original round trip reservation.I will never book through this company again. Horrible experience. Very poor customer service. Seems like their call center is 5 dudes in ***** reading off a script and not willing to take accountability or any sort of action to help customers for their c*** business practices. A majority of the good reviews on ****** are very clearly fake reviews.

    Unfortunately I was scammed by them, paid for premium economy seats on an international flight through their website only to have them call me to say that in fact there were no such premium economy seats available so if I still wanted to take the same flight I had to accept economy but I wasnt getting any discount because airlines prices fluctuate so much. I argued that was outrageous and wanted to cancel my booking but they argued back that it would cost me $300.00 in fees to cancel. They said they could get me preferred economy seats with more legroom but still refused to discount the cost of my tickets. I checked the airlines directly and saw that there were indeed premium economy seats and saw economy seats for $1500.00 less than they charged me. I dont know if I need to cancel my credit card, and I fear I dont legitimately have a reservation. This is wire fraud crime. Is there not something legal that can be done? Has anyone tried to take them to court?

    Complete Scam! I purchased a flight on November 7th from ****** to ******** on *************** landing at 11:25am. On November 10th I was sent a confirmation of a ticket from ****** to ******** on Finnair landing at 6:40pm. AND they had charged me an additional $334. The timing of the new flight did not work for my travel schedule. When I called them to change the flight back to the original reservation, I was told that I acknowledged the change via email. I never received an acknowledgement email and when I asked them to produce that acknowledgement, they could not. They were willing to offer a refund, but its been 14 days now and prices have gone up. They've essentially strong armed me into their business and ruined two days of a family vacation.

    Unfortunately we need to cancel our flight due to illness. We booked basic economy tickets through *****************. I fully understand that the tickets were non-refundable but, had we purchased the tickets through ** directly, they would have kept a fee of $99 per ticket and given the rest as a travel credit. The most that Cheap Flights Fares will give us is $350 as a travel credit to use through them (never again - ****** learned). We are elderly and can't stand to lose $550 because of their greed. Mea culpa this time but will definitely make sure to tell EVERYONE we know to never use them.

    A few hours after I bought a flight from them they called me telling me the price was significantly more expensive than what I paid. How can this be a legal business practice? I had to actually pay way more money and had no ability to get a refund and buy from somewhere else. This should be illegal

    This company is a subsidiary of ***************. My *********** purchased tickets online for a one-way flight from ********* ** to ************, ** on May 28th 2024. When we arrived at the airport 3 hours early, we were told from the Southwest ticket representative that our flight to *** from ********* ** (departing at 2:40 pm arriving in JA X at 11:25 pm was cancelled. I contacted the number for *************** which showed up on my phone as Cheap flight fare and they were surprised & advise me that they would call me back in 45 to 55 minutes. There callback was about an hour & the resolution was a departure flight at 9:15 pm (delay of 6.5 hours) to ******, ** at 12:05 am (with 5 hour layover) departing ******, ** to JAX at 5:15 am arrival time in JAX 1:15 pm. They refuse to refund the cost of a readily available flight from ********* to *** that we purchased home costing us an additional $1,086.98. Travelopick aka Cheap Flight Fare was willing to refund us the original ticket price of $675.14 if, we would change our 1-star rating on ************** to a 5-star rating and I REFUSED!! If you're searching for a good deal & find it on those online websites, please call the carrier directly. This was a very costly ****** LEARNED & I hope that no other traveler will purchase from these online travel scammers & experience what my *********** did.

We would like to provide a detailed account of the events as they transpired:** Booking Confirmation: On May 28, 2024, you made a booking for yourself (***** ******) and ***** ******. The tickets were issued on the same day.** Initial Contact: On October 6, 2024, you informed us of a last-minute schedule change that affected your flight booking. We promptly arranged an urgent callback from the concerned department.** Flight Rebooking: The alternative options provided by the airline were communicated to you, and you consented to the new flights. An even-exchange was performed within a few minutes.** Refund Request: On October 7, 2024, you contacted us again, this time arguing and demanding a refund. We advised that we would check the possibility of issuing a refund.** Follow-Up Communication: On October 9, 2024, you reached out via email. We responded, informing you that while we could not guarantee a refund, it would be subject to airline approval.** Trustpilot Complaint: On October 16, 2024, we received your complaint on Trustpilot regarding the lack of a refund. The airline had denied your refund request based on their policies.** Clarification Provided: On October 16, 2024, we contacted you to explain that in the event of a schedule change, you are entitled to either an alternative flight or a refund, but not both.Upon receiving your complaint, we initiated a thorough investigation led by our department. After multiple communications with the airline, it was emphasized that there was no documentation from the airport staff explaining why a new flight was purchased or why the accepted flight was not taken. According to the airlines policy, if the accepted flight is not taken, no refund can be processed as the exchange was already performed.We escalated this case to the Business Engagement Desk within the airline and managed to secure some exceptions. Considering all factors, we offered you a refund for your ticket booked through ***************. The new transaction for the alternative flight was made independently and without prior notification to us or the airline, as per their records. Therefore, we cannot assume or consider liability for the new booking.However, as an exception, we are willing to process a full refund of USD ****** for the booking made with us. You may still request the difference from the airline by submitting a refund request for the inconvenience caused via the airlines website. Ideally, you should not be receiving any refund in this case, but after working on such exceptions and agreeing to refund you in full for the booking made with us, we certainly hope that there will be no negative reviews for us on any platform online and we still stand behind our ask.Regards,************************

    Worst ever I told the lady I need a flight that had a refund on she ok when she booked it I asked her 3 times if I need to change it can I get a refund full refund she said yes I called ***************** they told me she didnt book the one with the refund this place is a scam
