    "After our shady new property management company switched to AppFolio and click pay, myself and many residents have had many issues with clickpay not paying full or partial amounts at random. Despite setting up "pay full amount" twice, it refuses to pay a random $14 and occasionally just doesn't pay any of the assessment at all."
