      If I could give them a ZERO I would. This Company is totally fraudulent. A total scam! Stay away from them. I didnt even have a mortgage with them. During the housing crisis, they purchased my 2nd lien, held on to it until I had equity in my home some 10+ years later, came after me and tried to foreclose on my home. I cant wait until ***** come for them.

      The worst. They will send you a letter stating they will work with you while they're also placing you in foreclosure. During this time you're incurring fees that they tell you, you have to pay back to get out of foreclosure. They don't really care about their clients. Other than doing what they ask they don't offer any reasonable accomodations.

      This company IS THE WORST! Sent me a letter attempting to establish a payment plan I already have. Once I brought this to their attention they continued to try to push me into another agreement. Once I pushed back at the idea they finally admitted I was right.

      I wish I could give this vial, disgusting, shady business negative stars. Theres absolutely nothing good about them. They tried to scam ** into paying an extra $1,000 in our payoff and several times claimed we were months behind despite having canceled checks to prove we paid. This business shouldnt be allowed to continue to be in operation. PLEASE EVERYONE STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

      This is the most vial company Ive ever come across. They will take everything from you and keep telling you, you owe more. They will try to take your home and do things legally and illegally to get what the way. I pray everyday that this company tanks and losses ever ***** they have. And if you work for them know you are supporting a company that is run by people I can compare to dirt on the bottom of my shoe. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY they are scammers
