    I signed up for a subscription to obvi burn. I used the product for three months with no results so I cancelled the subscription. A few months later I was notified of a charge for an order being placed. I tried to cancel the order and told the company I didnt want it, it was sent anyway. When the package arrived I marked it return to sender and dropped it the mail box. The company is refusing to refund my money saying they dont have proof I returned it. I am far from being the o ** person this company has stolen money from.

    I purchased from “myObvi” on 5/5/24. It was delivered 5/11/24. I began taking the supplement immediately. Within a week I began to rapidly hold on to water weight and gained close to ten pounds in a weeks time. I reached out to the company to explain the issue and start the return process on 5/17/24. It is now 6/2/24 and I have not received any communication regarding my return request since.

    I ordered a product from this company and I returned it as per their instructions. I paid for shipping and the item has been rec'd by company, but they have not processed my refund. They keep say it's in progress. But it's been over 2 wk since they got the package and they have not answer my email or started my refund.

    I placed an order to get the weight loss product and was worried from the beginning because I didn't receive any confirmation. I had to email them in order to get confirmation I was told that I would receive the product by the 18th of March it did not come in. When I reached out to them inquiring they said that they had to reship it to me and that I would receive it again on the 4th of April 4th came it said it was delivered I checked everywhere even spoke with the mailman and did not receive anything I reached out again and they said that they were having problems delivering my order and asked if I had another mailing address. I told him that I did not and at this point did not want to wait any longer for this product that they had stated had been delivered they refuse to give me a refund and I still have not even received the product even though I don't want it any longer and they are only talking to me through email but are not trying to refund my money even though I still have yet to receive anything from them. They have a 30 day money back guarantee it has been 30 days and I haven't received the product so I should get my money backthe money

    I received my product on 3/26/24. On 4/5/24 I sent a request for a refund due to not liking how the product made me feel. It made my heart race and I experienced chest pains. I submitted a request for the refund as instructed via email, and sent two follow up request due to no response. The only response(s) received were automated saying the communication was received and someone would reach out within 24 to 48 business hours. The refund policy states you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of receiving the product. When I purchased this item there was a 90 trial period. Its misleading information and contradicts as to what was advertised. Either way I was still within the 30 days but they are not responding. They keep sending me emails offering other products.

    An online order was placed on 02/29/24. I requested a cancellation of the order, which I was informed the order was already "processed/shipped" which was a lie. I have multiple (10 plus) emails requests for return/refund request. I have filled out the return/refund form two times without a response. I have all email proofs saved. If the BBB is needing the emails, I will be more than happy to provide. In regards to the business - the customer service is horrible and untimely. It takes days, if not weeks, to receive any type of response!

    I purchased the product that has a 30 days money back guarantee. After 2 weeks it was causing twitching in my eye due to the caffeine. It isnt safe for me and I emailed to return. My response was that sales are final. They have a 30 day money back guarantee listed on the site. This also wasnt buyers remorse, but a health concern using the product. Im disgusted at the response. You would think they would want to look at the lot and make sure nothing was wrong with it. I want this noted how irresponsible they are, as well as fraudulent information about a return policy. I ant my refund immediately

    I paid this company money for a product that was never received. They took my money and will not respond to ANY sort of communication. Theres no phone number to call and the emails are ignored. The reviews all say the same issues and they refuse to refund the money.

    This company offered a free rebate on any obvi product from ******** The instructions were to text the receipt and the rebate would be sent within 48 hours. The expiration date was 11/20. I purchased the item for $26.98 on 11/11 and texted a photo of the receipt and got a message saying the offer is not active. I replied saying that this did not expire until 11/20. I then filed a fraud claim with my credit card provider who found in my favor. I got a text response from this company claiming that they could not give me a rebate because too many people had redeemed this offer. This is clearly fraudulent and a scam.
