    ******BUYER BEWARE*******I want to make everyone aware - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!I bought a NEW 2022 SUBARU WRX. While the sales experience was nice I want to and NEED TO tell you about their GROSS NON DISCLOUSRE!I had gotten a NAIL IN MY TIRE and went to the dealership for service. The attendant stated that "I AM RUNNING STOCK SUMMER TIRES AND UNDER NO CONDITION SHOULD THE *** BE DRIVEN WITH SUCH TIRES UNDER 40 DEGREES F. IF I DO I WILL LOSE TRACTION COMPLETELY!!!!!" THEN WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO REPLACE ALL 4 TIRES IMMEDIATELY FOR MY OWN SAFETY. It wasn't good enough to tell me presale that I had summer tires and needed to do this or I run risk of killing myself or my two young kids when i inevitably veer off the road; Instead when it was brought to their attention of how displeased I was with the situation, I was told by management "if you wanted the car you should have done your own research. Its not our policy to tell you that information."It is apparent that Subaru, and even more PINE BELT SUBARU DOES NOT give a rats a** about your safety or your kids safety! Stay very clear from dealerships that practice not disclosing vital information to you, especially when it comes to the health wellness and safety of those who drive their vehicles. I had to spent $783 on new tires, which Subaru of America stated they were refunding $500. - still waiting for that to actually happen. Despite refunds, NEW *** BUYERS need to be made aware of this safety concern!*****************************

    *******,Once again, as we've informed SEVERAL times, your issue is with the manufacturer not Pine Belt. You decided to purchase a BRAND NEW VEHICLE. It comes equipped per the window sticker and per the manufacturer's build specifications. There is unfortunately nothing Pine Belt could have done to prevent this, nor was there any wrongdoing on our part.All the best,Pine ***************

    Incorrect - my issue was NEVER WITH THE VEHICLE! My issue was the dealership not telling me that buying this car with the provided tires would put mine and my kids lives at risk. Telling me up front would have allowed me to make an informed decision but your dealership thought it necessary to withhold that vital information to make a sale.

    A car was reserve for me,we get there the car has a sign with my name on it . love the car the young salesmen comes over,told we like he said I will get the keys,we notice another couple looking at it,oh well we taking this home today.On the test drive the salesmen phone ring he said the other couple doing the paper work on it, WHAT! how can that be,he said dont worry so we get back start the application the salesmen leave and I notice him coming back with a person introduce himself as the manager.Sorry the other couple call yesterday,dont start lying, this car was reserve for me 9am this morning.I told the manager this is B.S if this car was theres you have reduced the price $200 so if it was sold you would not have reduced the price.I felt discriminated upon IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!!
