Submitted a request to this company to get an estimate on a tree that had fallen in my yard due to a lightening strike. I received a response via e-mail asking for my address so someone could come out to give an estimate. When the young man came out he was here for at least 1-2 minutes. As he was walking away I asked was he going to leave me an estimate. His response was an estimate would be emailed to me., In which I never received even after making a follow-up call 1 week later to inform them I never received an estimate. 1 month later, crickets........My issues are as follows:1.) No one ever bothered to reach me by phone initially, I just received an e-mail asking for my address (very impersonal for a business to say the least).2.) When someone did arrive to assess the damage, he was here approximately 2 minutes if that long and started walking away. I asked if he was going to give an estimate in which he stated as he continued walking to his vehicle, an estimate would be e-mailed to me. He never confirmed with me whether or not they had an e-mail. 3.) Never received an e- mail even after I followed up to request one almost a week later and was advised again one would be sent. A month later no word nor e- mail ever received. This is in my opinion as a Business, has shown terrible customer ********************** and work ethics. I felt like I at least deserved a response whether you choose to do the work or not. Its called Integrity and Respect. This is exactly why although I was not worth a response it is at least worth my time to write a review so that other s whom are considering using this business is not treated as I was. I was able in spite of this bad experience to find a company much more pleasant and more then happy to do the work.
