Im unable to login to the account I created on their website. Ive sent emails and requested that they call me, only to be ignored. Ive tried to call them and can never get through. Unfortunately it seems as though they have no interest in actually settling debts and just want to take people to court.Review from Unknown U.

ZERO HARRASING FRAUDULENT BUSINESS ACTIVITIES CREATING CASES FROM DEAD CLOSED CASES INVOLVING THE DECEASED PARTIES BY REVISING NEW DOCKETS UNDER OTHER NAMES ASSOCIATED IN NO WAY TO ORIGINAL PARTIES INVOLVED. BULLIES AND GETTING AWAT WITH IT BECAUSE THEY ARE A LAW FIRM???? RIGHT. AN EVEN BIGGER LAW FIRM NEEDS TO TAKE THEM OFF THE MAP OUT OF BUSINESS THEY ARE NO DIFFERENT THAN MIGRANTS CROSSING THE BORDER AND SELLING ILLEGAL DRUGS. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE NOT CLOSED DOWN BY NOW. IM LEAVING THIS IN GODS HANDS. HOPEFULLY PRAYERS WILL BE ANSWERED.HAVE A BLESSED DAy.

I was calling to resolve an issue with a debt. My represenitive ******{5248) was very helpful and caring with my situation. He kept trying to get a resolution that would fit my financial needs. He kept coming back with answers hoping that we could make a true connection. I was very impressed with the way he dealt with this cause alot of people now adays dont care about peoples situations. After they levied my Bambi cacao unit and left me with ZERO dollars in my account , and I figured out who it was, I called pressler Immediately. I waited on hold for over an hour. The gent I spoke with ******* was helpful. Its everything after my payment arrangement was made and paid on time since then. I received a certified letter that the amount levied was requested by my bank to release to pressler. This was on May 8th 2024. Since May Ive been calling or attempting to call since no one ever answers the phone. Just on hold for over an hour every time. I need a balance on my account. Thats all. On the portal it says call for balance. Well- meaning be done that more than 8 times. Ive emailed 2-3 times and also set up called scheduled and no one calls me back. Im sure my rights have been violated here - since god forbid I need to actually speak to someone about my payments there isnt anyone. I want a balance on my account with the levied amount taken from me and the 3 payments Ive made to August 2024. I feel like maybe I should seek legal council. Short of driving about 2 hours to their office - Im really left with no options. But they can do what they want right?!?! What a joke!!!Review from ELIAS G

Certainly! Heres the revised version with that addition:---My experience with this law firm was nothing short of a horror show. If you receive any mail from them, brace yourself for a full-blown nightmare or lawyer up.I had two collections with them. The first one was a hassle but manageable. The second? A total disaster. My account vanished from their portal, and despite countless callswhere I was perpetually 20+ people back in the queue and on hold for 30 minutes to an hourI couldnt get through. I even scheduled calls through their portal, only to have them completely ignore my appointments. It felt like I was glued to my phone, waiting for a call that never came.I sent several desperate emails pleading for help with no response. After three and a half weeks of this circus, I gave up. Sure enough, they eventually found me and sent another threat of legal action for $400. Really?Their customer service demands an absurd amount of personal info under the guise of offering "fair payment options," and their reps talk down to you as if you're trying to scam them. Its unfortunate that some people left 5-star reviews simply because they were so relieved to finally see their ordeal end that they updated their ratings. For the rest of us, it's been a relentless cycle of unhelpfulness and evasion. If you find yourself in this predicament, wait for the "final notice" for a direct extensionassuming youre not too fed up to care.
