I was able to speak today for the first time with account representative Mr. ****** Khamai at X 5146 at Pressler, Felt & Warshaw, LLP. He set up a payment plan for me that was suitable for my income at this time as I am retired and on fixed income. **************** was most courteous and professional and answered all my questions thoroughly. **************** explained the process of payment arrangement for my debt and how to complete paperwork to initiate payment agreement. I am very satisfied with the service I received today.

After speaking with very rude, incompetent foreigners who do not have an inkling of the English language, I was finally handed over to a gentleman named ****************, ext. 5502. ******* was courteous, well spoken, and knowledgeable regarding the presented circumstances. ******* was able to answer all of questions, and addressed all of my concerns. **************** is the only one you want to deal with while contacting this company. While attorneys are generally snakes in the grass, ******** attitude and customer service skills are head and shoulders above anyone else I had to endure.

Spoke with a representative named **************** extension 5371 and he was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Unfortunately l had a female rep not long ago who was not as nice and he more then made up for her.

After a frustrating long wait to talk to someone, my call was answered by a very nice gentlemen. ******* phone extension 5166, helped me by making me fill comfortable. I was very nervous and he took me step by step through what I needed to do. He came up with numbers I could finally deal with. I am older and it takes me a little time to get it. ****** repeated what I needed to know until I finally got it. He never got mad and I never felt stupid. ****** is a gentleman who represents your company in a very positive way.

******* at extension 5502 was very professional and understanding of my situation. We were able to come to an agreement which worked best for me and I greatly appreciate his patience and professionalism. He did not pass judgement and was thoroughly clear in explaining the process to me. I would recommend anyone who has issues to contact him. He's amazing!

Does not answer phone to resolve any issues. Left 2 messages and 3 emails will company. No response. No Star is recommended unfortunately you have to pick one. Poor service from someone who is trying to obtain money. Doesn't make me want to pay just anyone if they don't even answer.

I received a letter from this law firm back in April of 2022 about a debt I owed. I responded to their letter via certified mail asking for them to provide me with proof of the debt. They finally responded in to my letter in March of *************************************************************************************************************** 2022. I tried calling them multiple times and have been put on hold for hours at a time with no one picking up my call. There is a recorded message while you're on hold advising you to go to their website to schedule a day/time to set up a return call with them. I went to their website to schedule a return call but they require you to create an account and agree to their terms and conditions. They also provided an email address to send them an email. I sent them an email asking to schedule a return call explaining that I did not feel comfortable agreeing to their terms and conditions and would prefer communicating via email to schedule a day/time to discuss my matter with them. I received an email from them stating the following, "You may find it more convenient to contact us by email. Through our website, paypressler.com, you can control communication preferences such as communication by email or schedule a mutually convenient date and time for us to contact you." I have no idea what this means. I already emailed them requesting to schedule a return call advising them of my availability. I will be filing a complaint against this law firm with the **************************

They leave you on hold for hours before you speak to a HUMAN. They do this specifically so that youll give up and accrue more interest until you try again. Its a sneaky little scheme. Literally on hold an hour and twenty the 1st time,, fifty five minutes the second time because they didnt do what they said they would., and then one hour and five minutes now! And the FIRST THING HE DOES IS.. PUT ME ON HOLD AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! They purposefully frustrate callers, to accrue more interest! ITS CRIMINAL!
