      Piece of trash dishwasher keeps having the same issue. They won't cover the repair since the manufacturer warranty expired, even though it's an ongoing issue from when the unit was under warranty. **************** apologizes, but won't actually help.

      Midea is a terrible warranty replacement provider. I purchased a **************filled radiator heater from ******* on December 5, 2024. The product has a one-year manufacturer's warranty. The heater stopped working in early April 2025. I have not abused, tampered with, modified, or improperly used the appliance. Midea wants me to ship the heater to another state for warranty service at my expense. That will cost me as much as the heater itself cost me. I think Midea has this policy to prevent consumers from utilizing the warranty service. I have talked with their customer support team several times. I have emailed Midea about this issue but have not received a reply. Don't shop at ******* in the first place to avoid third-party warranty issues, and don't waste your time with warranty issues with Midea.

      Midea is another foreign company that makes poor quality products and has poor customer satisfaction. I have a new ********************** dishwasher that has a defective part. I contacted customer service and spent an hour waiting and then fulfilling all their requests only to receive a general response decking replacing the part, and a general link to order a different expensive part. I requested a second and third time the part number to order the part and have not received a reply or the information. I miss companies that produce quality, durable, reliable products and services. Please dont buy Midea.

      DO NOT BUY! Three of our dehumidifiers broke within the one-year warrantee period. We got two refunds, were told we'd get the third. When it didn't come by check as promised, we called and were told they decided not to give it to us. We wrote the CEO and **************** and did not get the courtesy of a response. How is it standard business practice not to honor a warrantee?

      We purchased Midea Digital Control Convertible to Refrigerator 17-cu ft Garage Ready Frost-free ******************************** STAR Certified Item #******* | Model #MRU17F5AWW in December. It worked until sometime this month. Opened it up yesterday and everything in it was moldy. We do not know when it went out. We had a few days over 3 months. We lost our food within a 3-month period. The majority was food that was processed so we did not have labels, etc. to give a $$ amount that we lost. Midea wants proof of what we paid for the food. We had sausage, beef and deer meat. Most of it processed by us. ***** will not cover anything because we did not buy the extended warranty. Either way, read the reviews on this freezer. There are many people that get no more than 3 months service before it goes out. You better buy the extended warranty and if you are a farmer and you do your own meat, you are on your own. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FREEZER. If that caught your eye, read all of the above and do other research. I don't even want to give a one star rating, but I have to in order to leave this review.

      Dont buy!!!Customer service gives you the run around. Been month and a half fighting for a refund for a microwave that lasted a week I was told my check was in the mail and that was a month and a half ago everytime I contact them I get the same line same email back oh we apologize. We are looking into it. Ive been hearing that for 2 weeks with no solution. I honestly think they do this hoping I will just go away. I dont think many people can afford to buy an Appliance and just be able to throw it away we work hard to earn our money. We work hard to afford things they need to back their product and back what they say. Beware beware beware

      This company does stand by its warranty. Bought a Midea dishwasher from Lowes in June 2023 with a company two-year warranty. It quit working January 2025 and they said the warranty had expired. It's only 18 months not 24.

      1 star as I cannot select Zero. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY! We bought a bundle of products Washer/ Dryer and Fridge Freezer, the ************* broke down within 5 months and after initially being told it would be rectified within 2-3 days it took 6 weeks for an engineer to come out and tell us it was broken, his report that said 24-48hrs took over 2 weeks to be submitted and then a further 2 weeks for midea to issue the replacement paperwork! I had called and emailed to many times to count trying to rectify this, always to be told sorry for the inconvenience I was told one thing then someone told me something completely different no offer of help! surely youd think if a brand new product stops working due to a manufacturer fault the company would collect and replace but no! Im now left with the burden of having to return this machine, pick up a new one and install it again all at my own expense. ANYONE READING THESE REVIEWS ABOUT MIDEA STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE HONESTLY THE WORST. this email does not do the situation we have gone through any justice the amount of additional money we have paid out in travel to and costs of Laundromats, time off, hiring of trailers to return and replace, fuel costs etc etc all to replace one washing machine! I have zero faith in the additional products purchased and I am just waiting for them to break too!! PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS MADE BY MIDEA!!

      Bought a fridge/freezer from ******. ****** Employee told me there was a 1 year warranty on it. I paid for the fridge, delivery, and disposal fee of my old one. Fridge was delivered and I plugged it in 2 days later. Fridge worked for 2 weeks and stopped cooling. Called ****** and right away the Employee that sold me the fridge said "You have 48 hours after purchase to return it. After that, you're on your own." Called Midea and got the run around for a month. Callled Midea repeatedly and got nowhere, Midea finally sent me an rga form to return it back to ****** for an exchange after Midea said there are no refunds, only exchanges. Went back to ****** and after arguing with manager, I received a refund for the fridge but not the disposal fee of old one or the delivery of new one. Never will I buy another Midea product or anything made by Midea. Products are JUNK and they don't stand by their product. Buyer beware.

      Worst customer service ever!!!!Dryer that I purchased had a wiring harness issue and took too many calls to even get to a possible refund as the purchase location wouldnt do an exchange. And now the refund check was so delayed that when I called and escalated they cancelled the first check which took over 21 business days to arrive and dont want to overnight a replacement check.This company is NOT A+ do not use them.
