I am extremely upset and disheartened by the treatment I have received from the representatives of this company. I signed a contract for a new door, only to later discover that I was being charged $6,300 for a standard-sized doorsmaller than the size I actually need. This issue only came to light after a representative was sent out to measure the door.Within 24 hours of signing the contract, I stated my intent to cancel and sent an email to the appropriate parties listed on the contract for cancellations. I also reached out to the representative who sold me the door to inform him of my decision to cancel. His only response was ok. When I requested his managers contact information, he repeatedly ignored me until I sent multiple messages. Eventually, a managerwhose name I believe is Mattcalled me once, but I was unable to answer as I was at work. When my husband and I tried calling him back, he never returned the call. The representative I worked with was ***** ***. I followed up with another message expressing how disgraceful their behavior was, yet I still have not received a response about when my refund will be issued. The deposit was $3,195, and now I am left having to dispute the charge through **** while also dealing with Pellas lack of response. I even called Pella directly, but they offered no help and no clear direction on what steps I could take.

I had Pella install a new door supplied by them. The door and hardware was not what they said it would be, not to my specifications.I installation was unfinished. Left screws out of the hinges and did not reinstall the alarm pad as they said they would do.

It has been a total nightmare to have our Pella bow window installed. First an 8 month wait for the item to the first install date cancelled and then had to have installed the day before Thanksgiving Day and find out that the trim molding around the window missing. Than we had an invoice mailed in January telling us that we were 30 days late in payment and after calling billing and informing them that the job was not completed we then had to call the company again. This time in January they find the molding and send someone to the house to install the molding and when he arrives I showed him the missing piece of outside molding on the overhang and the cracks in the inside walls which I had sent to Pella and he told me that they didnt tell him of those issues. The replacement of the molding was done and the repair person also took pictures and sent them into the office. I then get another bill from Pella for the complete work and then the billing office said that I should not pay the bill until the job was completed. Now I was informed that someone was coming on 2/2/23 on show, then it was 2/13 he comes and told me he couldnt do the work and would be back on Saturday 2/18 and again I was home all day waiting for him and another no show or call.
