Remodel America did windows about 10 years ago. I had a problem with one window and they came out and took care of it without charging me anything. So I hired them for my siding. It came out great and I liked the advice for color and the shutters.

After signing my contract, which included 0% financing, I was told they no longer offered 0% financing. Then I continued to see them advertise it.All of my project allowances were way under, and there were no scope changes. When I asked my salesperson, ***, about this, he actually told me, The allowances are always at least 20% low; if I priced them accurately, then it would scare people off this is outright consumer fraud. There was zero project management, and the project timeline ended up being three times longer than estimated. I also had to manage the timing with subcontractors myself. I went with Remodel America because I didnt want to be my own project manager. My house was left a mess, with scuff marks all over my new floor, sawdust all over my furniture and electronics, and caulk ground into the floor. My bathrooms and hand towels were disgusting after they used them to dump dirty liquids. Also, one truly bizarre thing they did was staple through the top of the newly installed floor. Ive found a dozen spots where visible staples go through the top of the floor plank. There are also large gaps between the boards in some spots. The main issue Im still dealing with is trying to get anything done under warranty. My baseboard heating was installed completely wrong, which has led to very loud and constant banging noises, so loud they wake me up in the middle of the night. Now, the entire winter, over four months, has come and gone, and I still dont have a resolution. They didnt use a licensed plumber for my piping installation, and it shows they ran the pipes up in random spots, so the end caps do not cover them.Their website states, Hands-on project management by the founder of the company - the owner, ***************************, will visit with you before the project starts to ensure your order is properly verified. *** will also visit with you after the job is completed to make certain you are 100% satisfied. I never once met or even spoke to the owner.

Remodel America did a bathroom with shiplap ************* tile shower, and wood look tile floor. I bought the vanity, tub, toilet, and everything. ****** advised on sizes and amounts to purchase and what items I needed. The job took a little over a week because things have to sit for a day to dry sometimes. It has actually been over two years now but I came to see if they are still doing good work for another project so decided to leave a review. No leaks or problems.
