      Purchase was made July 4, 2022 Amount: 1,072.49 We were in the middle of remodeling our home. Once we installed the stove, we kept smelling gas. We called pge to make sure it was not our line they could not find anything then we called the plumber to check the gas line and he stated that the leak was coming from the componets inside the stove. We reached out to Glanz warranty department on February 27, 2023 and they send a ticket for repair, a very long story short, they had no one in the area to send out to repair the stove and offered us a refund....We are now February 2024 and after SO Many excuses, I have not received my refund. The excuse I am given every time I call or email is that the Billing Department was having issues (that they can not disclose) and that they have to reach them for updates!.. They also tell me a check is in the mail and that we need to give it 7-14 days for receipt. I have spoken to many supervisors and I get the same excuses. I did receive a check for $193 which I have not cashed because it was the wrong amount and I have informed Glanz about this but they have told me the difference will be mailed... I do not even know what to do or whom I can reach to get my money back.

      On 09/20/23, I ordered two GLAP04WEEC10A Air Purifiers (with extended warranties) from *********** When Unit #1 was plugged in, it worked as expected. Unit #2 was plugged in on 1/9/24 and approximately every 5 minutes, all three blue lights on the front of the unit flashes and beeps exactly 5 times. I sent an email concerning this to Galanz on 01/12, 01/20, and 1/25/24. On 1/30/24, they asked for a picture of a 'code' between 3 prongs (these portable units DO NOT HAVE 3 PRONGS). I explained this and sent a picture of the unit and to date I still haven't received ANY response

      Our Galanz refrigerator broke last May. For months we were told to wait for a replacement part, but in August, 2023 we got the message: "we can not replace it. However, we can offer you a complete refund." Since then I emailed Galanz 10 times, but still no refund. Horrible company!

      I received an ice machine as a gift. It broke while under warranty. On 7/31/23 I sent all necessary pictures to the company. On 8/1/23 I was told there were no replacements available and Id receive a refund. On 8/2/23 they told me Id have a check by 9/1/23. Since then, weve exchanged several emails with no explanation except that its delayed. I get the same rehearsed customer service responses over and over with no real answers. I just want a replacement or refund to replace the ice machine.

      Brand new fridge not working. Contacted Galanz 12 times with emails and phone calls. They either hang up on me or they say they didn't get the email with the information they asked for. This has been going on for almost two months. I know they received the information ** I get a reply saying they have a ticket open. Well they have opened 3 now and still no resolution.

      I bought a galanz dishwasher. Within the year warranty two parts were coming apart. I contacted galanz more than 6 times. They promised everytime to send me the products and still haven'tto this day. This is a disgrace of a company. I will never buy a product from this company ever again and anyone reading it should take my advice. I could attach a novel of conversations but I'm going to only attach some emails so you all get the point.

      Refrigerator stopped working the company first notified within the warranty time. All information supplied to the best of my ability. Each time I contact them I receive a form response through email. I am beginning to believe no one actually works there. I need assistance resolving the matter. I have been 2 months without a refrigerator and the expense and traveling each other day to the market is costly. I am a senior citizen , please help.

      I purchased a Galanz microwave oven from the local **** ***** in September 2022. In early summer it malfunctioned and stopped working. I immediately contacted Galanz customer service and provided them with EVERYTHING they needed the UCF, the receipt, where I bought it, the problem and they promised I would get a refund check of $157.00 by SEPTEMBER 27, 2023 for the amount I paid to get a new one. Up until this date, December 20, 2023, I have NOT received my refund check despite NUMEROUS phone calls and emails and promises that it is being processed. I don't know what kind of company this is but I want my refund. Can you please help me? Thank you. ******* * *****

      I purchased then recievrd a Galanz fridge model #GLR12TBEEFR on 6/22/23. Completely stopped working on 10/22/23. Called and told out of stock of that model, fill out claim info and get refund in 21 business days. Check arrives 11/16 for $160. I cried. No way to buy replacement. No truck to move it out either so I paid to remove it. I'm told on 11/16 that an expedited check will go out next day. It's 11/29 and nothing. Emailed customer service yesterday and told to email picture of $160 check. Why? I did then called. Told they're processing and it will go out first week of December. This is time consuming and I'm calling every day next week. Don't sell inferio products. Warranty doesn't say 21 business days to process.

      Please help me. I purchased a Galanz upright freezer and it quit working June 14/23. It was under warranty and I contacted the company at **************. I was given a ticket #******, and told a technician would contact me regarding repair. When a month had gone by I emailed them again to tell them I had not heard from a tech. At that time I was told there were no available techs in my area and they would issue me a refund for the freezer in the amount of ******. They would not refund me the taxes. It is now Nov. 17/23, and I have not been given my refund. I have called them, emailed them, at least once a month since this all started, and every time I have been assured the cheque would be coming. The last time I called on Oct. 26/23, a supervisor, ********************* assured me that he would get to the bottom of the hold up and call me back personally within 24 hours. I am still waiting.
