            I was conned into this agreement from a 3rd party with the amount of $490 cancelation fee. After everything was signed and my system was hooked up I realized how much money it was costing me to have their services. I called to cancel the services and was told it was going to be $48,000 to cancel. I was lied to by the rep that I talked to. The system I am paying $48,000 for is only $2000 to buy. This company is a scam and is hurting the working people. When I was signing the contract it was all sent to me through the 3rd party. I did not even know about Finova Capital until I seen the charge on my bank statement and called to dispute the charges. After reviewing their contract their name is at the top but is blocked out by numbers. Everything was done through SBGA and not through Finova. I asked for the call recording to prove my case that I was lied to but they would not provide it to me. I am currently paying $850 a month for 48 months for a $2000 system.
