We checked in and went up to the room and turned around and went back to the front desk. There were bugs in the room, stains on the towels and sheets. We waited for several minutes at the front desk but no one ever came so we left the key.Review from Meri B

MINUS STARS RATING. But had to or couldnt post. Economy motel inns and suites on MacArthur in ************* ** was the filthiest place Ive ever stayed in. Booked three nights for three women. Only stayed one. The air conditioner was so FILTHY we couldnt turn it on. It blew out c*** Sweated all night. Paid extra for a cot for the third gal. Sheets came off and the mattress had yellow urine stains all over it. Bathroom had no face towels at all. Asked for some and they said no. Next day we showed him pictures of the yellow stains and the air conditioner full of clutter and asked him if hed let his wife sleep on that. He nodded and said yes. The floor was so sticky I had to peel my shoes off with each step. Asked to speak with the manager he said tomorrow He is the manager! Gave no money back even though we only slept there one night. Only three cars parked for about 20 rooms. Pool was filthy too. They had orange drink on the counter in the office in direct sunlight. Hot as can be. Cant post reviews on their site or ******** page. Notifying the ***** BOARD OF HEALTH. Never let anyone stay there. Just rude disgusting people.Review from Alanah O

If I could give 0 stars I would, this place was alright until I woke up on my last day there right before checkout absolutely covered in bed bug bites. I was mad, tired and now scared that I was gonna bring bed bugs home. After I got things handled and I called myself down I called them. I spoke with the maintenance man ***, he was very reasonable and sorry about my issue. I was told to call when the manager was in and I did. When I spoke with the manager he was rude, disrespectful, and would not take responsibility but instead tried to blame me for bringing bed bugs. I definitely did not as my dad is an exterminator of 10+ yrs and keeps my house clean and bug free. When I told him if he cant resolve this issue I would have to take legal action he began screaming at me and then hung upon on me. By far the worst experience of my life
