I worked with a woman by the name ***************************. First she seemed very helpful, she submitted paperwork over to my email because I told her I was looking to leave My insurance company. I told her I would contact her when I had the funds because I have just paid my insurance, so the next month I would go with AAA. I did exactly what I said called her back left her messages, but I noticed she never got back to me. I spoke to another person they left her a message to get back to me she still didnt call me back so at that point I was turned off and didnt want to work with her. I called again for another person they told me because she had already submitted a proposal to me that she do the order so they finally got her on the phone with me and she seemed no so interested in helping me. I even asked her are you even interested in helping me she said with a faint voice yes. She now made the price higher, but I didnt complain about it at first we agreed that she would call me the following day at 4pm to finalize everything and she stood me up once again so I had to end up paying my insurance company another payment. I also called AAA again after ***** not getting back to me and spoke to another agent she gave me a higher price in just a days time. Finally I told the new agent I want to speak to the manager or supervisor and he called me took all my information but then he never got back to me either.
