    SRS Bill collectors are calling me to verify my last 4 of my social and telling me I have a payday loan for $500 and now my balance is $1500. I have had my credit pulled and loans etc. and this is false and I have NEVER had this loan of any kind. I told them to send me in writing what they had and I did not agree this debt was mine. The lady hung up on me. This better not show up on my credit report as this is a false claim against my personal information.

    Same complaint as hundreds of others here on the BBB website. Multiple calls sometimes daily from a company calling themselves SRS. They leave the same message every time they call. And of course all the calls come from a different phone number, so blocking the number doesn't help.

    This company has been calling me for the past 2 weeks claiming to be a debt collector and has harrassed my family as well.

    This company is calling me daily contacted my elderly father in law my brother yet has not mailed me anything to show what or who they are it has become more and more aggresive

    This agency calling and leaving deceiving messages and other people who may be associated to me leaving messages at all times I want it to Stop no need to call other numbers or friends

    I've been getting numerous calls on a daily basis from Summit Recovery Services / SRS which is showing to be out of business. The calls are coming from numerous numbers no matter how many I block they call in a hour from a different number. All of the messages advise to call them back at ************. I do not have any collections nor have I ever had any collections. I've reviewed all of my credit reports (3) and nothing found. I can send pictures of my call log from my phone. These people are calling me on average 5-6 times a day from different numbers and they've also reached out to my kid's cell phone. This is getting out of hand and it seems by the complaints, I'm not the only person getting these calls. Please help.

    I keep getting phone calls from them about a debt that I don't have by the way. It seems fishy and anytime they call it is from a different number each time.

    I get anywhere from 5-10 calls and voice mails from *** advising me to call the number back on my caller ID. As I am typing this they just called again and here in the actual VM they always leave This is a very urgent and time sensitive message from SRS. Please kindly return our call using the number on your caller ID as soon as possible to be connected with a live representative who may better assist you again please return our call at your earliest convenience. thank you and have a wonderful I do not k is them and I did call back a few times but when I refuse to give my SS# they become rude and aggressive. I have told them not to call me back but they do every single day, multiple times. I do not owe anyone, aside from my car and that has always been paid ahead of time.

    They are harassing me and my family non stop asking about my where abouts and when I talk with them. They don't tell me what it's about, unless I give them my social security number. If they have my number why can't they tell me what this is about. This company is not even on my credit report. They need to be stopped.

    This company has called over and over everyday, now they are calling our neighbors and harassing them. When we call and ask what they are looking for, they want my husband SS number to verify who he is. The harassment is getting ridiculous when they won't even tell us what they want but now are calling our neighbors.
