Took truck to Vineland dodge with sign on windshield "No Reverse" they called to ask why it was there after I filled out the key slip stating truck had no reverse, they then called stating they wanted to try a transmission reflash. When I asked them if they knew what was wrong with it they stated let's just try this first. After that they then said this may not be a warranty job.When I asked following details about it they became very rude. I have a box in the bed that I needed to unload so when I asked for the truck they stated you need to pay the diagnostic charge but if it is a warranty issue it will be refunded. After the treatment I received, another dealership was recommended and I took the truck there. It was explained that it was a warranty issue and completely covered. When I went back to ******** dodge they stated that they would not refund my money because they didn't do the work. All they did was tell me how much it was going to cost and argue that the truck was not covered by warranty and come to find out it was warranty work. It seems like their business ethics and morals are quite questionable.Review from Dennis S

**** Dodge is excellent. Very friendly, knowledge and professional. The service department took care of a brake concern right away. *** in service explained everything in professional manner and I will keep returning. While my car was being checked out, I went ** in the showroom and was welcomed by the sales staff. Very nice people. I recommend *** in service and *** in sales to all. Truck in for recall. Receptionist told me one hour, service guy told me 2.5 hrs. Fine. Dropped off @ 11:00 am, I had to call at 4:30 and was told they needed to get a part. They already knew about the recall, didnt have the parts and never bothered to tell me that it would be late. The guy assured me it would be ready by 5:30. I show up to find he LEFT FOR THE **** and didnt care to even call. Had to wait until 9:30 the next day, without any apology whatsoever. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Great ****************** wouldn't go anywhere else. They do wonderful work. Wish I could get Coupons in mail for discount on oil changes. The Staff are very helpful nice people.
