I had used Avery many years ago after Hurricane ***** when it was difficult to find contractors and they did a reasonably good job and delivered on their promise. Years later I needed trees cut back at a new property so we called them They cam quickly and did an OK job, I paid them in full without seeing the finished job as I was out of town. Came home and found that they left a mess in my driveway and also didn't finish the job. Texted ***** (the owner) and he responded saying they would be back in a few days. Never came. texted a few more times over the next month and he completely ignored my texts. Bottom line, they took my money and ran without completing the job and leaving a mess behind. I was a repeat customer and now a former customer, won't use them ever again.UPDATE: ***** finally texted me back after 6 weeks of trying to contact him only because I notified him of my posts. Heres his professional reply (note he still kept my money and left my property a mess - no attempt to finish the job or return money):Good for you if that makes you feel better i have things going on I will not discuss with you none of your business but I guess you have never dealt with any personal tragedies and you are perfect have a nice life sir
