Do NOT do business with this company. The owner , *******************, is a con man. He used a Val *** promotion coupon to gain entry t my home and then proceeded to up sell me on a complete overhaul off my HVAC system and requested a $2500 deposit to cover the cost of materials he had yet to buy. He left two , so called technicians at my residence that were supposed to thoroughly clean my HVAC units and air ducts. They claimed they completed the work and left. ***** actually returned that same day and requested I give him the balance of the anticipated work to be done claiming he needed to pay his workers. I declined to pay the balance as his workers were only at my home for a total of about 4 hours and none of the final air filters and supplies had been yet been purchased or installed. ***** agreed to this arrangement and stated he would return to finish the project in a couple of days. He never returned and the phone number given to me on the Val *** coupon has been disconnected. ********** will no longer allow this company to advertise with them. There are also warnings about ,******************* to be found on Craigs List. I had another company come to inspect my ducts and they found them to still be filled with mouse and rat droppings and debris and one of the three HVAC units had not even been opened and cleaned at all. This company cleaned all my ducts and installed reusable/cleanable filters all for $1800 and included a two year service agreement for $200 less than ***** had quoted. This man is not honest and cannot be trusted.

The owner and the business are criminals. They said we needed filters and not to clean our ducting. My husband paid the total upfront. The parts were late, the owner came and did a half-***** job, caulked only the downstairs vents, was short one on second floor. We paid for all vents and 2 washable large filters. They took the money and left us without the last new filter frame and no washable filters AND THEN STOPPED ANSWERING THE ****** That is a THIEF!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. And we still have dust in our ducts.

Horrible company. Multiple times I tried to schedule an appointment to have my vents and dryer vent cleaned. First iteration: they were late by two hours and I had to cancel (said they were late from a job in *****).Second iteration: after multiple phone call attempts to reschedule, I finally spoke with ***** on the phone and scheduled the same service (just yesterday) and their show time was 0900-1100. I even got the text message to confirm the appointment with a ******. 0900-1100 comes and goes and 8 phone calls later, to multiple business phone numbers, no one arrives. They ghosted me and will not return calls nor texts. They did answer 1 of the 8 times, confirmed my appointment, said they were running behind and that theyd send someone over - that someone never showed up and there has been ZERO communication.As a military member, I am embarrassed for them as this is an astoundingly terrible business practice to have such awful communication and no trust with the customers.I hope other potential customers read these reviews and stay far away - each review is consistent with their complaints!

We had Duct Busters come to our home to clean our air ducts on Jan 8, 2024. Appt was for 1:30ish I believe. After a call to them for missing the appointment time and several texts between ***** and I, they finally showed up around 6 pm. They said our vents were fine but what we needed was our heater cleaned, which they did for the Valu *** price coupon for cleaning the air ducts. Also, sold us on a reusable filer, which as of today, I still have not received, yet it paid for. After several texts and calls with the excuse the filter company is behind, I was notified on Mar 28th, our filter was available and would be delivered. They delivered that day, but it was the incorrect filter from what we had ordered. They came back, picked it up and texted me stating "they were going to have it put together and shipped on a 3 day shipping and they're going to get this to me right away". Today is Apr 24th and we still do not have the filter. I have tried calling, texting and have received no response. I would not recommend this company, nor would I do business with them again. I guess I'm going to chalk this up to experience and accept that I have been scammed.

I just recently had Ductbusters come and clean my vents and dryer vent. I also had them install a new filtration system. Not only did I get the Electrostatic filter but also the vent cleaning and it was less expensive for all of it then my last cleaning with ******* Steamers. Very efficient and nice, **** was great. Great people and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
