    I saw a pending $19.95 charge on my CashApp card that I did not recognize. Upon researching, I could not dispute the charge with CashApp until it actually posted. They suggested contacting the vendor, so I googled "buyserumskinessentialsnow," which is the name shown on the receipt, and found a phone number 866-200-9562. When I called, I was told this charge was a monthly subscription to a fitness tracker app called "Challenge Body Mind," which I did not recognize. After telling the rep that I never ordered that app, I was told that all she could do was cancel the subscription going forward and, as a one time courtesy refund half of the charge. So I lost $10 to a fraudulent charge. Additionally, when I looked on Google Play, there is no app called 'Challenge Body Mind.'

    My bank alerted me to a charge of 12.49 on my debit . It is under ******. Research shows me this is an ongoing issue with a company Challenge mind body. I have no idea who this company is or why they are charging me. I attempted to contact them several times, their phone numbers ************ ************* just say thank you for calling support we are experiencing technical difficulties this has been happening to 2 weeks I did not file dispute with my bank because I can’t have my card shut down right now. I just want this charge to be refunded and receive no further charges from them.

    I ordered gummies for weight loss. As soon as I ordered, I was sure this was not a reputable company. I tried to cancel the order. They would not give full refund. I cancelled everything and they are still charging me 12.49 a mo. No products. I cancelled and do not want anything except the money they have taken fraduantly

    Fitness pro app started charging my credit card $12.49 each month from October 2023-May 2024 and I have never heard or have known of the app. When I called Customer Service they stated that I used the app, which I have not. I looked up the website and have never seen it before. They first said they can only refund one month then after calling multiple times got two months. I was hung up on multiple times but when I finally got back to Customer Service they said three months. They put me on hold then disconnect the line. I haven't seen any money refunded as of yet and wouldn't be surprised if I didn't see it on next months bill as well. I finally got a 1X exemption for 5 months refund evidently but then she said the total was three months. Then back to 5 months. etc etc. This is a complete scam and the scary part is that they got all my information from something.

    In December 2022, I ordered some CBD gummies online. The site offered 2 different purchase options. A single purchase of 2 bottles for 60$ or 6 bottles for $130. I chose the lower price option so I could assess the effectiveness before ordering more. Upon completing the order, the confirmation page reflected the 6 bottle order. Instead of calling to resolve it, I chose to accept the 6 and move on. They arrived in the mail promptly. Fast forward to April 2024. I was checking a credit card bill and noticed an unknown $12.49 charge. Research showed this charge went back 16 months to Jan 2023 and it was from Challenge Body Mind. I called them. After much persistence, I managed to get refunded the 3 most recent months. I asked how I was enrolled for this subscription. They told me I was auto enrolled when I ordered the Science CBD gummies. I asked for proof of enrollment and none could be provided. I asked what I received for the $12.49 per month, and they responded a monthly email. I scoured my mailboxes for any trace of those emails. I had none. I even went to the related websites and had no account for the email address that they had on file. Everything about this transaction has wreaked of scam since the beginning. For the 13 months from Jan 2023 -Jan 2024, I’ve paid $12.49 per month for a product that I never ordered and never received. I want my $162.37 refunded and I want this scam business shut down.

    I have been trying to Cancel via Email my acc With Challenge Body Mind since March of 2023!!! I have sent numerous emails and Called with no answers!! I DIDNT authorize this Charge and want it stopped immediately and a refund!!! I know i wont get refunded all but I need a decent refund!! I am on disability and i have sent complaint to FBI too!!     THIS IS A SCAM!!! This company attached a subscription to an online magazine when I bought a product. The "Challenge Body Mind" is a scam. The company pulled my customer data when I purchased a product and automatically enrolled me on their subscription and then took payments for 12 months. the company refused to give me back the full amount they stole. their call center in India is full of rude and nasty people that will refuse to help you in a polite way.

    I am rejecting this response because what you did should be illegal. Your company automatically retrieves account data submitted for payment of a different product, including payment method. Then your company automatically bills a client for a "gift" that they never knew they had. This "gift" being an automatically billed, online magazine subscription with a ridiculous OPT OUT option, an option customers don't know about because we don't even know about a subscription. Oh, and the sneaky amount you bill is designed to go unperceived by the person getting billed. I was billed for almost 2 years, I need a full refund of all the monies drafted from my account without my permission.

    A little over a year ago, I stupidly ordered keto luxe ACV gummies. The same day, after reading all the reviews of it being a scam, I called to cancel. I returned the product unopened and you guys were successful at getting me a full refund. Thank you! Since then, this company states that upon purchasing those gummies, I consented to being billed 12.49/month for Challenge Body Mind, an ebooks website. I am a doctor of physical therapy and am highly educated and would have never joined this low-budget site. Anyway, I was looking at my bank statement and noticed shortly after the incident with Keto Luxe ACV Gummies, I was getting two debits, back to back of 12.49/month. I didn't notice it unfortunately until 12 months had passed. I have extensive correspondence with customer service through email with the same customer service folks you guys dealt with last time. They refunded me the 12th month but I told them I wanted the full refund of the remaining 274.78. In one email they told me the subscription was 12.49/month. I asked them then why are they billing me two consecutive amounts, back to back, for 12 months, if it's only 12.49/month. They dodged the question. Today, they said they would settle with me for 49.96 which is absurd since I never even knew I was enrolled in this program, nor would I have ever agreed to it and further, I never used it or never would have from the jump. It's a low-budge site after looking at it recently. I have asked extensively for proof of where I consented to this company debiting these funds and also asked for a copy of their cancellation policy. They dodge those with more nonsense. You guys helped me last time, please help me again so I can destroy this debit card once I am refunded. The original website is no longer up so I can't go on and see where I ever consented to this BS ebooks site.     They still owe me money. They avoided this complaint. I’m aware they cancelled the subscription that I never signed up for or agreed to.     This company, Challenge Body Mind, aka, Premium Keto Blast, has been charging my bank debit card a monthly amount of $12.49 for 11 months. It has taken me to this point to track down where the charges are coming from. During the proceeding 11 months, I have believed the charges were for streaming services, as I have a few of them I have subscribed to. Recently one of these 12.49 charges were listed on my bank statement right next to a streaming service charge and that made me suspect something was incorrect. This charge does not display a phone number to call as most of the debit charges do. I never signed up for any subscription to this and I have researched my emails for any communication from these people(CBM) and there is no communication from them by email or regular mail in the entire 11 months they have been charging me so I have not rec'd any product or magazines,or books from them. Upon research, I realize now that Challenge Body Mind, is also Premium Keto Blast , the same company who I ordered weight loss gummies from on 4/28/23 and was charged 199.88 and 59.98, which was not the price advertized for the product! I immediately emailed them on 5/1 and told them to cancel the order and that their charges were fraudulent and not as advertised. Out of this total charge of 259.86 to my debit card, they refunded $130 to me. In other words just one half of what I had paid. That's ok, I chalk that up to my own mistake ordering from the scam company, but the 11 months of 12.49 charges per month come up to, $137..39 and I want refunded of those charges!!! I did not order anything like this from this company and in fact, I have email proof that I emailed them and told them to cancel my order for the gummies and refund my money paid. Refund the 137.39 that you stole out of my account.

    full refund for all of the money they deducted from my bank account. I want to be refunded the $124.90 they still owe me in monthly charges.
