    BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado conducted a file review and found that this company has a pattern of complaints with consumers alleging unauthorized charges by Challenge Body Mind. BBB contacted the company about this pattern of complaints. To date, BBB has not received a response from Challenge Body Mind.

      Started with unauthorized charges from SLIMDNA. I ordered some Keto gummies on line and they started arbitrarily charging me every month and sending me more gummies- I did not consent to additional charges and shipments. So I called and finally got that resolved but then they started charging my credit card for $12.49 per month unauthorized - beginning 6/27/23. I didn’t notice because I was traveling a lot and wasn’t home to review most of my bills. I had them set up for automatic payments because of my being out of state so much. They charged me $12.49 on 6/27/23, 8/7/23, 9/7/23, 10/8/23, 11/8/23, 12/9/23 and 1/9/24. A total of $87.43, completely unauthorized and fraudulent. My phone inquiry they told me that I was “gifted “ some online service that I never heard of, never signed up for and never consented to any was never notified or informed of anything- ( the gift that keeps on giving???) they just started fraudulently charging my credit card and refusing to refund my money back ( except for the most recent 2 charges because I “should have noticed the fraudulent charges sooner”. I am assuming that they are recrediting my credit card for 2 months. But who knows- What the heck is this? Why is nobody putting them out of business of stealing money. I see lots of complaints about this company stating the same things but here they are just charging unsuspecting people right and left with no repercussions. They need to be shut down and refund all of the stolen money. And hopefully they don’t decide to “gift” me with additional unauthorized gifts and charging my credit card. Saying that they “gifted” you access to some online services but never asking you or telling you is flat out stealing. It’s total robbery and I want all of my money back and I want them shut down for ****. Thank you, ***** ****.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1. You only credited my account with $12.49 on 2/1/24. 
      there is no credit in my account for $49.96

      2. I want the full refund for all 7 months that you fraudulently charged my credit card for. A total of $87.43

      3. I want you to provide me with a copy of the email that you supposedly sent to me saying that you “planned “ to arbitrarily put unauthorized charges onto my credit card. 

      I never received any email or services from you, nor did I order any ****s or services from you. You should be fined and prosecuted for your illegal actions.. I can’t imagine how many other unsuspecting people you have fraudulently charged and who have been trying to get you to refund the money back to. 

      I can’t help them but I can attempt to get my money back from them.

      2. I want to see the email that you say you sent to me “notifying me that you signed me up for this “gift” that I never ordered or received. 
      3. I want a total refund of $87.43 that you have fraudently charged my credit card for.

      I noted have a monthly charge has been deducted since November 2022 from my business credit card, without authorization from this Scam website, unclear how they got my credit card information and being set up for monthly deduction of $12.50. This scam seems to be going on for a long time based in Manila Philippines. And no actions taken so be Beware....

      My credit card through ***** Credit Union has been charged 12.49/month since March 24, 2023. I am sorry I wasn't paying closer attention to it, but noticed a strange charge last month, then checked again this month. The identity code on my statement is currently P1***************. I called my credit union and they said it looked like a subscription to Challenge Body Mind. I never signed up for such a subscription. These have been totally fraudulent charges and appears on the i to be a scam. Calling the number listed here for Challenge Body Mind, it was to a third party custom service. They requested my zip code and email address. As this is definitely a scam. I declined to give more information and will call my Credit Union to cancel my credit card.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I do not know if the supplement I purchased. I was not told of any 30day free trial.  When I called to cancel the subscription (after 11 payments of $12.49) the number was to a 3rd party customer service, which wanted more of my information.  I didn’t trust it as legit and filed the BBB complaint and fraud complaint to my bank.  I also do not trust this electronic check.  And I made $137.39 in overall payments to a subscription I didn’t even know I was given on a trial basis.  I expect a full refund

      I've tried to contact the merchant several times since April 2022 to dispute the recurring $12.49 charge to my credit card but I am repeatedly told that they have no record of this transaction. When I reached out to my credit card company they have instructed me to contact the merchant. I purchased something in June 2022 and have been charged the $12.49 a month since then without any way to get the recurring charge stopped. 22 months x 12.49 a month = $262.29 total paid which still continues to be deducted because I cannot get anyone to stop it! This is unacceptable!!! I would like a full refund and stop the recurring charge!

      There has been a recurring charge on my debit card for $12.49 that my wife did not intend to authorize. I checked online and it said this company has done this before. She did order supplements which she returned and got half her money back, but did not agree to some scam ebook “subscription” in perpetuity. We have tried to cancel to no avail. Disputing with our bank for the amount of the monthly charges but saw others on here have had success. We would like our money back and no further charges or contact from this merchant. Thank you

      The "business" is a SCAM. They attached a "ebook/subscription" to a purchase off a product ... under a different name. Apparently they email you this eBook (and I think an App description?) - which I never got. I went back and looked and nothing. Then a monthly subscription kicks in for ... nothing??? I called and they said it's an APP. That I never ordered. They said they send an ebook and then 30 days later it starts billing you a monthly subscription for this app. They said maybe it ended up in my SPAM because I never got it. Ok cool, well I also never authorized a monthly subscription payment for something I never got!!?? I called the number on my CC statement and canceled my membership (I think) I was supposed to get a verification email - which I have not. I also asked to be reimbursed for the previous 4 months I've been charged for this "product" that I never ordered, or recieved. They said they cannot refund my money over 30 days. I asked to talk to someone else - there is no one else I can talk to. TOTAL SCAM. I've been billed for a product I never received, that I never authorized, that I NEVER ASKED FOR. Apparently this is attached to a purchase of Apple Cider Gummies I ordered and had no idea. I did not ask for a refund of the Gummies, even though they did nothing and cost like $100. STAY AWAY. They bill under the name ********* ... not even the company name. And the number you call is a 3rd party that's unattached to this company that has no power to do anything.
