    DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I had the worst experience with this dealership. I found a vehicle that fit my needs, low mileage, in my price range. I was shown a Carfax and I had concerns about one of the findings. The sales person named ******* assured me it was nothing. I couldn't take the SUV that day because it needed to be serviced. I was asked to leave a down payment. I gave them $1000. I contacted 2 mechanics and was advised that I might have major issues once I left the lot. So I decided to go to another dealership. I got a brand new vehicle. I went back to Reliable to retrieve my down payment and was told it was non-refundable. I was never advised about this. I was told by a very rude, condescending manager that they took the car off the market for me for 3 days!! I had only been there 36 hours before. This is just plain thievery!!! I would not refer my worst enemy to them. They are shady, greedy and unethical!!

    **WARNING: BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING FROM RELIABLE CHEVROLET, WHETHER NEW OR USED. THEY ASSERT THAT EVERY VEHICLE IS INSPECTED, BUT THAT WAS NOT THE **** FOR US. WE WERE SOLD AN UNSAFE VEHICLE, WHICH WAS REINSPECTED FOLLOWING OUR COMPLAINT, AND YET THE VEHICLE REMAINS UNSAFE WITH BRAKE ISSUES JUST ONE OF MANY PROBLEMS. IF YOU ARE APPROVED HERE, YOU CAN LIKELY GET APPROVED ELSEWHERE. DO NOT FEEL PRESSURED INTO BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. RELIABLE CHEVROLET HAS CAUSED SIGNIFICANT STRESS FOR MY FAMILY, AND THE OWNER/MANAGER HAS FAILED TO ADDRESS OUR CONCERNS DIRECTLY, RELYING INSTEAD ON THEIR SALES REPRESENTATIVE. IF YOU FIND YOURSELF IN A SIMILAR SITUATION, CONTACT THE **** THAT FINANCED YOUR VEHICLE.     This place is a joke. All they care care about is money. The way it feels I wouldn't doubt if everyone gets bonuses on every extra dollar they extract from their customers. Terrible communication from the top down. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 13 years purchased two brand new vehicles and been for service a few times. They are willing to tell me to take a hike over a $280 charge. Crazy... I will advise anybody and everybody I know to stay as far away from this place as they can. Scam artists. Home of the ***Reliable promise.

    I can not at all add any stars. We have had nothing but bad experiences with this company service department. We bought our vehicle brand new. We take it in often for service. Last year we took it in and our engine some how locked up and we need it to be replaced. For one we drove it in and all of sudden does not start. They lied said they could get it done in a week. For one don't blow smoke up people's butts. We where without a vehicle for six months. Finally got it back thought that was behind us. We took in for service got it back fine. Well it needed another service we took it in on Monday and here we go again something with the transmission that they but the engine wrong and it's leaking into the transmission what the heck. So they promised to have it done by Saturday. So once again no vehicle. Today they call say oh no one has worked on your vehicle sorry we don't have the parts. For one when they called Monday they said they had the parts but for them to tell us they where not the right parts. So now how long will I pay on a vehicle I will not be driving. We have requested a loaner as I still have to work it's been bad enough I have to look for rides and both people for rides. So rude unprofessional and they will not help you to speak to a general manager.

    Bought and paid 2012 GMC ****** **** and they lied said paint won't peel and I told them it's my last truck I'll buy I'm getting old they assured me it was great no problems I'm hurt and angry they need to repaint this truck ,Or I'm getting a lawyer to *** their **** .They should have told the truth they won't even fix the recalls on it.Im going back in a few days and I'm pretty pisst.so the manager needs to start painting.!!!!!And fix recall on airbags and wiring and seat belts and paint!!!! WHO OWNS THIS PLACE BECAUSE IF ITS NOT FIXED IM SUING THEM MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY THINKING I WAS IN GOOD HANDS WITH MY TRUCK AND THE DEALERSHIPS.THIS IS WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!!! ********************* is who iam and I'll be over to see you soon!!!

    I recently purchased a used 2016 Camaro from this dealer. After driving it the off lot my check engine light came on then went off. It continued doing so. I contacted the dealer and they scheduled me a time to bring it in I bring my car in it was in the shop for 3 days. Then they tell me there nothing wrong with it and they cleared the code. Light came back on June 7th. They scheduled me for an appointment weeks out. Its been a nightmare my cars been in the shop for approaching 2 months. I go week by week with no progress and no results. I have a daughter I feel like this dealer tried to take advantage of me because Im young. Now I have to get attorney Im paying for a car I cant drive and Im screwed. Now I need an attorney. Waiting to hear back from the dealership. I havent even spoke to a single person from management they avoid me and ignore my calls. Management has failed to even contact me and force me to communicate through my technicians. This has been a nightmare. Definitely not reliable. Waiting to hear from dealership.

    Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever worked with. ****************** almost never answers the phone. When I could leave a message, they never returned the call. 8 messages in the 2 weeks they had my truck and not one call back. I went to another dealer to buy my truck and saved ******* dollars

    Where do I even start NOT SO RELIABLE! They sold me a lemon car. They have my car in service its going to be a month now I keep getting the runaround I get no call backs **** is a liar so is ******. Im pregnant and need a safe vehicle you guys lost my trust and my business. I am going to get a lawyer. Never buy a car from here an absolute disappointment. Shame on you guys for taking advantage of people.
