  Me and my husband rented from this place for about three almost 4 years when we moved into this place it seemed pretty legit. We had no issues and no problems until we started putting in maintenance request when we were put in maintenance request sometimes it would take weeks for them to even respond back to us, one request for an electrical box because our electricity kept cutting off and the box kept flipping and they came out and fixed it after they told ****** ********, the owner and manager of sky management it needed to be replaced because this is a property management and not the landlord in July 2024 we were asked to move out due to the fact that the owner wanted to sell the property. We left the home in amazing condition and have photos to provide ********. The owner of sky management refuses to give us back our security deposit and states that the money is needed for damages like interior exterior paint as well as replacing a vanity and a light fixture , clearly these were upgrades to sell the home not reasonable wear and tear this day. We are still in the process of taking her to court to receive back our security deposit. We were entitled to after multiple attempts of trying to reach her through email or as well as text, she refuses to respond back. I definitely do not recommend This place unless you enjoy having problems I had had thousands and thousands of views as well as it was very helpful to tons of people and ****** ******** remove the ****** review so that it is no longer available for those to see. I will continue to contribute on every single webpage just to make people more aware of how they run business here please beware of those who take advantage of those in need

  If you are renting from this company or are considering renting one of their properties, please be advised that their business practices are extremely unprofessional and exploitative. They shamelessly scam their tenants out of the money that they work so hard for- how do they do this ? Let me tell you what I learned after renting from them for almost 4 years; They charge their tenants for water, which is illegal in the state of NM. In **********, the water bill is always the landlord's responsibility to pay. So, if Sky Management tells you that paying the water bill is your responsibility, they are wrong. They also scam their tenants by charging them for damages to the property that the tenant did not cause. They've been known to charge tenants hundreds of dollars for damages that they were well aware of before the tenant moved in. They do this on purpose, and I've experienced it first hand. When I moved in, they told me that the floors needed to be re-painted, as the paint was chipping and flaking off. However they never got around to painting the floors, which I said was fine. But after moving out, they charged me for damage to the floors, saying that I caused the paint to flake + chip off. In fact, I hadn't caused ANY of the damage that they were trying to charge me for after moving out. They tried to charge me for so many silly things which I am 100% sure that they were aware of prior to me moving in. This business is predatory and they don't care who they scam, they just care about taking your hard earned money for themselves.

  The landlord, ******, entered our rental property without any notice, while my girlfriend and I were sleeping, in order to threaten eviction for a few weeds in the backyard that we hadn't gotten around to pulling yet. The landlord is extremely rude and unprofessional. She used our driveway to park her car when she didn't want to pay for parking. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of them for maintenance issues, and even after sending about 5 maintenance requests and calling many times, nobody ever came to fix our AC or the leak that had been causing our water **** to be extremely high for months. We gave up on getting maintenance to come fix these issues but it bit us in the end when we moved out and were charged hundreds of dollars for "damages" which we did not incur. The damages listed were either already there upon moving in or were due to our maintenance requests being ignored. Our entire experience renting with Sky Management felt like a scam. Unfair, illegal, unprofessional, *****, and terribly frustrating. I genuinely believe their business practices are unethical at best, and at worst, illegal.
