      My son placed an order I did not authorize and I’ve emailed them several times to cancel it and refund my money. The order was placed on Jan 23rd order #*****. I want this canceled and my money refunded immediately. The unauthorized item was never even shipped! Please help me get my money back. I’ve attached pictures of the order and one of my emails I sent that has gone unanswered.

      On 12/10/23 I paid $112.00 for clothing items. Order # *****. I have emailed & called with no resolution for over 6 weeks. I want a refund at this point. Upon reviewing their ********* ********** I found multiple people leaving comments about them not shipping orders and scamming people out of money. I saw comments from people getting no resolutions or responses either. Please report so they stop stealing from people.

      I ordered from viverela.com in November and it is February and I have yet to receive anything from them. I have emailed them and tried contacting the business and they are not responding. I spent a good amount and haven’t gotten anything. I need my money back.

      I ordered online from this company on November 21, 2023. At the time of this complaint it is February 1st, 2024 and I have NOT recieved this order, nor have I recieved any sort of updates/information from Vivere. I have reached out repeatedly. Intially, I recieved two emails in response with a very generic explanation of “We are a small business doing our best” so I cut them some slack. At this point I haven’t recieved any replies to my last 4-5 emails, even in my last one saying I was reaching out to BBB if they continued to avoid my messages. I don’t even want the product snymore; this company is scamming people. There are countless forums online of other individuals saying the same thing: ordered, no product, no shipment info and no email replies. I just want my money back which I have requested with zero response.

      Thank you for reaching back out to me. I am happy to report that less than a full week after submitting my complaint the company FINALLY sent my package. I’m not sure if it was convenient timing or from my complaint that they finally decided to send it, but thank you all for your help regardless

      I placed an order on November 18, 2023 for $82 my order # is 40406 I was told 10 business days for delivery. On December 18, 2023, I contacted them and was told it would be 20 business days for delivery. I contacted them on December 24, 2028 and told them it had been 24 business days since my order and that is was a Christmas gift. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money at this point. They responded that they were sorry and my order would ship in the next 2 weeks. I asked again for a refund and they told me they do not offer refunds. On January 8, 2024, I contacted them again for an update and they said they would restock in a few weeks. On January 30, 2024, I sent the following with no response: “It has now been 50 business days since my original order. This is unacceptable for an order that said it would ship within 10 business days. Please let me know what will happen next to either get me the items or refund our money.

      We received our order today. It was 4 months late, but it is here and we can close this case.

      I have placed an order on October 13, 2023 for 2 t shirts and a hoodie. Originally I waited a month for them to ship it but I never received an email or any way I can track the shipment. So I began to email them and they would tell me to wait since they are a “small team.” Out of kindness I waited a month and a half. Then in late December I emailed them once again and they said they can give me a store gift card. I replied to them saying that I have waited long enough and I wanted a refund for the package I never received. The support team then told me to wait 1-2 weeks for my refund and now it’s February and I still haven’t gotten anything. I emailed them 2 days ago and they still haven’t gotten back to me either. I have seen other customers with complaints of them placing orders without receiving anything either. My order number for the clothes that I bought is #***** (as seen in the screenshots)

      I placed an order with them over the weekend of November 17th and still don't have my order as of January 31. I had to reach out to them to even acknowledge I placed an order. Never even sent me a order confirmation. Just took my $82.40 on November 20th officially, per my banking history. I have emailed them status of my order many times. Usually takes a couple attempts to get a response. During the first 6 weeks I was told to "be patient with us as we're a small team of 4", or "5", telling me it will be "worth the wait". That statement should have been my first sign but I stayed patient. Since the new year I was promised that my order will ship complete "within the weeks end" a few times. Still not shipped. I was first told that "all orders will be shipped in the next two weeks" on 12/29/23. By January 9th, Caitlyn told me I "should receive your order with a week-two weeks." I heard nothing from them until January 22 after I emailed them twice, which they then told me they "had an issue with production this past week" and could "send out the items that we have". I asked what they had ready to ship and was clarified that they were short two of my items on January 23. However, In the same email they stated they will "send out whole order by the end of the week". January 27th, after I inquired about tracking, I was told they didnt have one because my "order hasn't been packaged". They " have not been completely fulfilled yet". That evening when I read that last email I decided I was done and had requested an refund. Not until today did I get a response of "due to our policy" they "cant issue a refund for items that we have in stock or items that will be produced soon". They admitted telling me wrong info about the production of the products previously but it just "sometimes things take longer than expected". I reiterated my request of canceling and a refund for an order that they cant fulfill in over 10 weeks. emails sent = 16 responded = 11

      I payed for 1 pair of pants and 2 shirts on December 17th. After placing the order They told me it wouldn’t be processed for 20 days even though I paid for express shipping. After a month had passed I contacted them as I had not heard anything, and they told me that it would be another 4-5 weeks for my items because they didn’t have the items in stock (the website said they did). I fully believe they plan on not ever sending the order and will keep pushing back the date of delivery until I give up.

      On August 31st, 2023, I ordered two shirts from Memento Vivere. The estimated time of arrival was in 2-3 weeks. Three weeks passed, but I decided to keep waiting a while. On October 8th, I sent the company an email asking how long an order might take to ship. Ten days later, I was told that there is a high demand for the shirts I ordered. No further useful information was given to me. A month later on November 16th, I sent an email providing a screenshot of my order confirmation and I asked for a refund on my two shirts. Three days later, I was told the ETA was in 1-2 weeks. So I waited. On December 1st, 2024, I sent another email again asking for a refund. I was told that the reference code of my refund would be sent to me in 2-3 weeks. Three weeks pass by, so I emailed them saying that I will be contacting the BBB. A reply was sent back to me saying that they were going to ship out my order and I would have it in 7-10 business days. However, I don't want the shirts anymore considering it's been almost 6 months since I ordered them. Is there anything you could do to help? Thank you

      Date of transaction: 11/30/2023 Money Paid: $82.00 Business committed to providing: Bloody Valentine Hoodie, Self Inflicted Sweater I was promised a 20 business day shipping wait for my items back in December. When that was not fulfilled I sent another email asking for updates which went ignored. I went to their instagram @vivere.la where I saw multiple people asking for updates on their orders. I began to comment on the pinned posts but they quickly deleted my comments. I eventually got a response on 01/09/2024 advising me of a shipping time frame from 01/15/2024-01/20/2024. When that did not happen they hit me with their generic response of being backed up on orders and that they are a small team. I requested a refund and they actively ignore the request. When I disputed my transaction through cashapp which is how I paid for it, I got denied. There is no tracking number but my order number is *****.
