This company installed a Refrigeration unit on my house in 4-9-2019. It worked the first year but from there on I have had many problems. Their people have been here for the past 4-5 yrs without any good results. The man that comes here yearly gets on my roof and says it is running fine. The unit has not been cooling with many results. This year and last year it has cooled a very small amount. He charges me ****** dallars and never gives me a receipt each time. This year the system has hardly cooled. He told me to run it which I have tried wit no avail. I have had to stop running it. It runs on hot. I have gotten 2 emails ****** ************* about the high power usage and I can no longer deal with that bill either. I had a company from ********** come and give me a diagnosis. He open the panels and said ( I dont have to check the system anymore) he said the unit has no freon. I was there with him and I told him not to take it apart which he didnt.I need REli to come and fix that after all I have given him ****** for his visits,with no reciept from him I think I am being fair ,just like he has been with me. I am old and can't afford another unit. I am scared for my well being. I sleep on the floor to survive the heat. Help me pleas

First of all we do want to thank you for your business; but we have gone out there and every time we have gone the breaker for the unit is turned off. We do have a $150 service call fee that is what we charge for going to your home. With the extreme heat that we have had this year and last couple of years too; you must be aware that the unit should be on and set to a decent temperature even if you are not home. So the unit is not overworking to cool down a house that has been absorbing heat all day.
