several months ago I hired this company to replace a 40 gal propane hot water heater in one of my rental units.A water heater I have replaced by my self when I was younger for $1,000 or less.Ya things cost more after Covid for sure and and it may take a few hours to replace a hot water heater if you work nice and slow.these people actually sent me a bill for $7700, Ya that SEVEN THOUSAND dollars for a hot water heater you can buy at ********** for around $800. These guys give a bad name to ***** and hard working honest plumbers everywhere.BEWARE

In Oct '21 I had a big leak in the line that connects the water meter to my house line. It was "repaired" by SUNSET PLUMBING. A bad "connection" about 18" down. 19 months later a leak occurred in the same location again. I hired ANYTIME PLUMBING to repair it. I was REQUIRED to give a credit card #, a 60% deposit & sign a digital contract before work began. I was told a copy of the contract would be e-mailed that p.m. None was sent in spite of reminders/requests /demands. (On the last day I was told there was a computer program problem. It was sent in 4 point type! Ok, I enlarged it.) When I had complained about a useless 1 year warranty (because of the previous experience) I was told there would be a 5 year warranty on this repair. Later the owner denied telling me that. But he had. AND I had told him to put that in my contract! He didn't. When the work was in progress I asked multiple times about how the old leak related to the new leak. I received blank stares or was told "I don't know". The workers had to know. . . they had to disconnect and reconnect the lines! Why did they "gaslight" me. At one point I was shown a photo of the "fitting" that had been used by SUNSET to repair the leak in '21 and was told it was the "wrong type". Nothing more. I was shown a new line & fitting where the "new leak" was supposed to have been. . . in a 4' deep trench where the sidewalk had once been. The dirt was barely damp at that location even though the dirt around the "old leak" had been wet & soggy! Why? No answers. I took pictures of everything as I had of the first leak. I received an invoice for the 40% balance BEFORE THE SIDEWALK SLAB WAS REPLACED but, of course, refused to pay until it was done & I received the copy of my contract. This was an unnecessarily expensive ($4332), long (3 1/2 WEEKS total) and frustrating episode, with many evasions and attempted deceptions. Do be careful when selecting a plumber & have your contract in hand before beginning.

I hired this company in September of last year to clear out roots on my sewer line. The work was pretty easy and didnt take them long to complete. At that time, they suggested that I have them come back and line the sewer line with a product which would prevent roots from ever attaching to the line. They said the work would take them 2 days to complete and cost $3300.00. They said that by doing this I would never have to flush the line ever again.At that time this sounded like a good plan. They asked for a $2,000.00 deposit. I wrote them a check for this and set the appointment for November. I needed to cancel that appointment so I rescheduled it for this coming April. In the interim we have decided to sell our home. I called Anytime to let them know and also to get them to refund the $2,0000.00. The woman who answered the phone was actually pretty nice, however I have never seen my $2,000.00. Now when I call them they do not answer. They actually pick up the phone and then hang it up. I will not rest until my money is fully refunded. I have contacted my attorney and we will take all the necessary action to receive my refund. If you read their reviews on Yelp there are quite a few people who complain about their crooked business practices. I will not stop until justice is served.
