This dealer has no integrity. I was planning to preorder a Lexus Gx 550 or a 2024 land cruiser. I called the Lexus dealer of **** who told me they had a long waiting list that makes one year waiting for the car. I went to Carson City Toyota and the dealer told me the waitlist is not long. So, I gave up GX and preordered the land cruiser. Recently, I found the land cruiser on their website and called the dealer for details. The dealer couldn't tell anything until he talked to his manager!!! Then, he told me the waiting time is one year long. The tricky thing is I called this dealership last week and asked a random dealer who told me there were 5 people on the list. I don't know what exactly happened but won't thrust this dealer anymore. I like Toyota's production but I really cannot stand their bad reputation of sales.

After listening to all of the phone calls, as they are recorded, there is clearly a miss communication between you and the sales representative. He tells you that we have five Land Cruisers that were allocated to us but that they are all presold and at this time we had none available for sale and confirms that if the wait time is to long that you were interested in purchasing a limited 4Runner instead. You were informed of your place on the waiting list and that people had been placing deposits on this particular vehicle since last year. We also offered you a refund on your deposit because of the wait time. I feel as though we were up front and honest and you had all accurate information. 

Service left oil cap off several oil leaks did not top off fluids and did not even reset maintenance light Terrible shop Not topping fluids is normal but the neglect and unprofessional performance of this service shop has been quite noticeable

Carson City Toyota is Racist and I went up there after I interacted with ******* the online person. She knew about my credit. She told me to come to the dealership on June19th 2023 which I did go and ask for her. *********************** was sitting on bench outside as I was almost to the door he got up and ask me who I'm here to see I said ******* he told me he will be right back but it took a long time. He say people in internet doesn't see anybody and that's not what the email states. They're all racists and BBB knows that to. Anytime a black person write a review on a company in Northern ****** it get taken down. At Carson City Toyota I asked to test drive the suv **** say you have to do a credit check first I knew he was lying. They didn't want to wait on me because of my skin color. They didn't speak offer a drink or anything. If that's not racist what is it then. I was suppose to be contacted by **** in management no call on this whatsoever. Even another employee ************************* called me and argued me down it was literally a fight on the phone I told them about that all they say someone will contact me which nobody did. ************************* threatened me with a rebuttal to my credit. Carson City Toyota is just a bunch of liars. And no ***** didn't tell me I need a cosigner with excellent credit she is a liar. A cosigner doesn't have to have excellent credit. ***** is a complete liar I didn't tell her I tried many dealerships and I didn't say anything about a big down payment.

This review is unfounded and on the verge of slander. the customer had made many email inquiries so many times in fact that she was in contact with everyone in our internet department. I have seen the emails between both parties, your review is full of incorrect information. Our internet department only gives and gets information and sets appointments they do not sell cars the salesperson who greets them is the one who helps them. The vehicle she was interested had already been sold so no test drive are allowed. We did speak and I was unable to explain anything over the yelling and screaming. Now we are being harassed daily by your friends and family. We ask that this all stops we are sorry how it all turned out, but it has nothing to with skin color and saying statements like that are hurtful and extremely untrue.

Where is your phone call recordings that you said all calls recorded. That will explain everything. Customer Relations Manager the one yelling and screaming at me and you telling me you not going back and forth with me. That car wasn't sold when i was there that's why **** told me to do credit app but when I insisted on test drive he insisted me to do app first. Since when to test drive a car you have to do credit app. When I talked to you about your customer relations manager ************************* I mentioned to you she's in the wrong department arguing with me. Their was no yelling and screaming between you and I. Your recorded phone calls should prove that. I have the email that you say internet people don't see anyone but mine said she will come out to me.

**** is awesome. He put my needs first and above all and tried his best to help my tough situation. It's hard to find a dealership that truly cares about customers and not price gouging and taking advantage of the current car market situation. Again, thanks for all your help. I wish the best for this **** and Carson City Toyota.

Just last week to my truck for an oil change.I knew I had a s**** on my rear tire. I had the ******************* check it out for me. Well he notified me that the s**** was too close to the sidewall of the tire and couldn't fix it and recommend me to get a new set of 4 tiresfor $1500.Of course I declined, when I got home check out the tire my self and GUESS WHAT? THE ***** WAS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ***** It was very fixable.That been said. Never going back to that place ever again! That place is a big time scam
