Upon arrival to test drive a vehicle we noticed the window was open and it had been raining all day. We had to call an outside number to get someone to meet us for the test drive because they had miscommunicated the time and nobody was there. Once they showed up and got the car ready, my husband mentioned the window and *****, the salesman we were guessing, didnt seem to see an issue with it. After the test drive we were taken inside where ***** tried to get the computer up and running but had major difficulties so he had to call the owner, *****. The conversation was on speaker and you could hear the tension in both of their voices making it uncomfortable. After telling them we only had $1,000 down and werent sure if we would be approved, ***** continued to tell us to just put more down, which we made clear we didnt have. After giving all the necessary information we were told that we would be contacted by Friday at the latest. I received a text message on Saturday inquiring if we made a decision. I text back saying we havent even be contacted and told if we were approved and what the numbers would be. I told them we decided to go elsewhere since our business didnt seem important to them. THEY CONTINUED TO HARASS ME ON CHRISTMAS DAY WONDERING IF I STILL WANT THE **** They have horrible business practices and completely lack professionalism.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star! On Tuesday night on July 11th I requested information for a vehicle they had for sale. At 6:14am on July *********************************************************************** I replied back at 8am. I waited all day for someone to respond back to no avail. So I called them at 4pm and ***** answered. I started to tell him about why I was calling and he simply hung up on me! Beware to anyone possibly wanting to buy a car from them in the future...I can only imagine what you may have to deal with trying to purchase/and or after purchase yikes!
