              This company has charged my bank account $45/month for the past 6 months (Total of $270). I called them 2 days ago and the rep that answered the phone kept trying to tell me I probably forgot I ordered their service because it was a cloud storage company, etc. I did not forget anything at all and I only use ***** for my cloud storage services. He rattled off a billing address on I think ***** Drive in ****** and some other information that wasn't mine and then asked me if the last 4 digits on my checking account was ***** That is the last 4 digits of my checking account which truly concerns me and I have already contacted my bank to change my checking account number. That effort is in process now. Then the rep told me the best he could do is cancel the service with no refund. I asked to speak to a manager but was told a manager would tell me the same thing. I'm here with this complaint hoping the BBB can help me get the $270 this company stole from my checking account.

              This service is a scam. I agree with the other reviewers below. I was also charged $45 monthly and detected it after 6 months! They somehow had my checking and routing numbers for my bank account. Please refund asap.

              Your name address and payment information was entered on https://www.ecloud-secure.com/ and registered, once registered we bill monthly. We have no access to client information that isn't provided by the customer on our website. As it concerns the refund you are requesting, you can expect that refund in three to five business days.
