From my experience, Faranesh Real Estate and Property Management, under the guidance of Wasim, is unparalleled in their service. Looking for the right property management company in Las Vegas was a challenge for me, but upon discovering Wasim, the entire process became smooth and hassle-free. Renters beware, do not rent from Faranesh. The house was uninhabitable when we moved in - broken frigde, broken garage, no lock on backdoor, moldy dishwasher and more. We took great care of the house while we lived there for two years. After move out they want to charge $800 to touch paint. Do not rent from this company.

I rented from a website from out of state the pictures provided were lies, false advertising. I was not able to walk through the home or I wouldn't have rented. Getting in at 1 in the morning drove up to filth unmanaged yard, filthy carpet, garbage everywhere, cabinets missing broken drawers and fridge that was broken not working very foul smell, removed this to front of the home. Electrical outlets did not work toilets running not mounted to floor missing light blubs no batteries in the smoke detectors, very load bathroom vent. broken blinds everything was listed on the condition report. I called and called went to voice mail every time. There were three handy men that came out they took pictures made notes of everything, I was told they were told not to repair much of anything only few things. The home was infested with roaches so bad the repair man said it was because of them the outlets would not work. I wanted out of the contract from the very moment I walked in however the contract held me trapped. As I paid $2650.00 in deposits for a absolutely nightmare. I paid my rent on time paid deductibles for repairs that the home already had issues with. Then the day came I was so happy I could get the hell out of there. Gave my notice cleaned the home had the carpet professionally cleaned $265.00 put new vents sent receipts to the property management. I got a call from the person who went out and took pictures he said they would be very happy the house looked great. 03/14/2023 I got an email from the accounting department Faranesh listing all these items they were charging me $900 for broken nasty fridge $750.00 in repairs $300 in cleaning fees all this had been listed on the condition report,. This company is a fraud I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. Now I have to send a demand letter and possible small claims court I have plenty of witnesses that came to help me move in pictures and condition report. I have never been so wronged.

I have been dealing with this company at one of their properties for one month and it is the worst experience you can imagine with a rental and you can expect no response from the property manager who is completely dishonest on virtually everything. He will not respond to phone calls, texts or voicemails which are impossible anyway because he sends you straight to mail and its always full. As I am writing this I have water dripping from the ceiling in two rooms. I was told it would be fixed and that he would stop by to discuss the other issues and I have yet to see him. This is in addition to constant noise at all hours and a bug infestation. I have had to resort to calling Metro just to get a response from this coward and to address noise. All of these issues are on photo and video and the property manager has left me hanging on all of it. I am merely writing a review now to warn people about this dishonest company. I will later be filing an official BBB complaint where I will go into more complete detail. Bottom line: please stay away and choose honest people to do business with.

As a current resident who is renting a property from Faranesh I no longer recommend this property management as they will leave you stranded even after you have paid and god forbid you need assistance after hours or close to closing because they are not available. Recently our fridge stopped working properly & our food has spoiled, the property management didn't address the issue until 24hours later at which point we were offered an appointment 2days away for repairs as that was the soonest available but also said they would try to find something sooner. I was immediately concerned because there are still open work orders for other issues in this home that have not been address in almost 3 weeks, which includes a leak in the roof where water is dripping in but there is no sense of urgency to address this. So fear sets in and I'm afraid to be without a fridge as I've heard all the reasons before from Faranesh Property management. Here we are on day 3 of the fridge/freezer not working properly. I've been told they will address it today, which was the same story yesterday and every other time they need to address a situation.

Wasim is the best! Once a rental property is managed by him, you don't have to worry at all. He is so professional in doing business with. Whatever a property management has signed on, he goes above & beyond. He makes rental business hassle free. Most of all, our house is way better when renters moved out. Very impressive & commendable.
