  They Don't care about employees. Don't make a complaint or they will retaliated. Pick and choose who they support. Witnessed a lot of BS and those crooked managers are still there. Everything I asked for, I was denied yet they're doing all of it now. No support when you hit a rough patch. They listen to liars and thieves. Mold, roaches, issues that go years until they absolutely have to fix it and when you speak up they fire you. Nothing I wrote to the owner was a lie. But I got sued when they've never done that before and there's been far worse. It was all about retaliation and the upper level management is eventually going to cost this company everything. Their actions were personal not professional. This company needs to be investigated. I've got pics and emails along with text messages proving neglect. Slumlord practices and violations of rights.

  We originally had recommended this place for somewhat stable housing, because they are extended stay but the Manager Michelle ******** and Assistant General Manager Vanessa ***** are making their own prices for rent on this property and this was confirmed by the Siegel Select call center in Las Vegas Nevada. Each Manager can make their own rent rates. This should be illegal and is improper business practices.

  I signed up for the Siegel Rewards program when I first moved in 9-28-2020 When I signed some paperwork (9-28-2024) "Registration agreement and Polices" it showed I wasn't a member of the rewards program. So the front desk signed me up for the program and I lost all of the points I had earned. They stole almost four years of rewards from me.

  First and foremost, I’m only giving one star because I have to, but this place is absolutely unbelievably disrespectful to the most. I made a complaint to the regional manager against the property manager Jasmine ****** here at the Fremont Siegel suites location after hearing every single detail of my complaint, the regional manager instructed Jasmine ******, which is the property manager to give me a 30 day no cause notice for no reason at all to further the situation they have use of harassment and deceptive practices to kick me and my family out. I can pay my rent I can afford the price. I’m not hurting financially since the situation has occurred and my family has been displaced trying to look for other places but unfortunately, we are unable to move because evictions are public record. I haven’t got evicted yet. My court date is October 21 at 2:30 to further escalate the situation, the property manager made false allegations with CPS who is also willing to testify on my behalf

  Main issue is the pet violation. The staff claims that they watch tenants with their pets and you have people that work in the office who lives on the premise and their children walk dogs and don’t clean up but yet you watch my family. I spoke with the manager and was told initially the fine was $25 but you charged me $50 the 1st violation and now you are charging me $100 on top of the expensive rent you are already charging. I don’t trust the staff too many of them hanging around the drug users and homeless people.

  Only been staying at the university property for 2 months and they have yet to spray for roaches. Which is what I’ve asked them to do before I even moved in. I wasn’t even able to get the apartment when I paid cause it was filthy. They gave me a new door but it was also filthy. I asked them if they could get someone to clean it and of course it never happened. The lights turn off when they feel like it in every room. The owners have walked the property and still nothing but having the side walked power washed was done. The entire seigle group needs to be investigated. This is disgusting.

  I’m currently renting at the Fremont property the property manager Jasmine told my family That she’s not gonna except our rent next month that she’s parting companies and if we don’t leave that she’s going to put an infection notice on us so we can’t rent anywhere else. She wants us gone now because we can’t pay but just because she doesn’t want to see her so she’s willing to ruin my record infection just because she doesn’t want us here, corporate office several complaints Jasmine the property manager here are the Fremont property at Siegel suites. Nothing has been done. she herself participates in drug activity, which is this is a highly drug infested area. I am very intimidated by her. I don’t know what she’ll do. I have two children and she’s making my life a living. Hell, I’m not from Vegas my family so the fact that she would threaten me by saying that she will put a fake eviction on my record just because she doesn’t want us at the property is ridiculous. Something needs to be done about her, but for whatever reason, they refuse to hold her accountable

  Siegal suites senator at 136 west 2nd st Reno nv 89501 is full of drug addicts, alcoholics and poorly ran staff. I've been here for 3 months and my air conditioner has not worked the entire time. It's topping over 130 degrees in my apartment. I'm told every time I say something to Casey the manager and she says everytime "tomorrow " but nothings ever done. This staff needs to be replaced immediately with competent staff. That includes front desk, management and security. There's been no maintenance staff assigned to this building in months.

  Not professional, not accommodating, and not transparent!!! I moved in on June 1st of 2024. Instead of walking into a ready to move-in apartment, my husband and I walked into a dirty and unpolished apartment. The main closet is not usable because the pole to hang, needs to be fixed, the closet doors do not close, the carpet needed much vacuuming, the toilet needed cleaning, the countertops were filthy, lots of dust and grime throughout the living space. Not to mention that after we paid in full, we were not allowed to have our keys so that we could move our things gradually, which was such an inconvenience. Also, the so called furniture, specifically the sofa is disgusting! It’s ripped and dark and dingy. My husband showed the pictures to one of the office managers and she said that we probably would not be getting a replacement. Not once did she offer to do anything to make up for all the inconvenience that they put us through.

  This property is trash, the office manager Shayla is rude, discriminatory, and prejudice. She treats the residents like they’re beneath her. She has terrible negative energy and no people skills or compassion, she doesn’t try to work with she solely works against you. She also posses a lack patience, lack of effective communication and reflective listening.
