On 10/12/23 a ******** ad popped up about CBD gummies, endorsed by ***********************, a name I trust. On impulse I decided to order and fell for the deception of only 5 minutes at that price. A little clock was running, an aggressive sales practice! I attempted to order 3 bottles of Blue Vibe Gummies for $159.85. My Capitol One credit card was declined, I later learned, because of "suspicious activity." However, when asked if I recognized the charge, I answered yes, altho I no longer wanted the product. I received no e-mail confirmation re my order. Seeing the charges, I immediately called Blue Vibe customer service and spoke with *****. He advised it was too late to cancel. He did provide a $** refund.I received the order on 10/21, **** tracking providing the time of 12:49 p.m. The website bluevibecbd.us states: "The formula of this gummy contains all-natural substances ...." I was unhappy to see on the label FD&C Yellow 5, FD&C Blue 1, and Red #**. This is not a health product. I have tried it and am not happy with it.The website healthytotalwellness.com (the site for ordering) states: "We're so confident that CBD Gummies will work for you that we are going to take on 100% of the risk ... by giving you a full 30 days to try [the product]."Mindful of the 30 days, I called on 11/14 to see about returning the two unused jars. ***** advised that the 30 days begin on the ship date (10/13), and I could not return. How did I get a full 30 days to try the product when I received it on 10/21?? Again, deceptive business practices! She did provide a $** refund, also advised of no future shipments, which I did not authorize!With the two refunds, I am now out $119.85. I wish either the opportunity to return the two unopened jars (without a restocking fee!) or an additional refund. Yes, I did order -- but would not have without the false advertising: using ***********************, "all-natural" ingredients, a full 30-day trial; and the high pressure 5-minute clock.Business Response

I ordered the gummies and received them after shipping on 10-09-2023. I received the second order on 11-22-2023 has not been open. The first two jars of gummies made me have a bad case of diarrhea for 5 days after I stopped taking the **** I called the company representative and I was told I would only get $50.00 back after spending $381.40. They were not concerned about my intestinal problem. So I looked at their ad and it never said that it may give you diarrhea. So were my gummies contaminated? This company is out to take money from old people. I will be 73 in December and if something does not work as advertised I should not have to pay for it.Business Response

The original purchase was on 10/05/2023 for $****** I was making a purchase from a different site and the blue vibe highjacked the site somehow and I received their product. I returned their product after contacting them and they said I would receive my money back in 5 business days, that was October 15,2023 I never received my refund. I ordered once, the product does not taste good and did not do anything for me. I did not know they put it on subscription. Could not find a number for them then found it on the BBB web site I have called them they gave me RMA and said they cancelled but not follow up email, I have called them 4 times and they keep saying they will send. Advertised as so effective for pain by *********************** and others and that they are so effective they are only a few orders left. Just try for ***** with no obligation to buy more ever. They charged my card ***** plus ****** under the name ********* the same day and then again in November ****** I just had major surgery on October and didnt see the charges on my statement until November! I called ************ on Nov 17,2023 and canceled with this confirmation number 7331CAF43F. So far they have not refunded me. The October charge was actually fraudulent too because I never received the trial product .I also disputed the November charge with my credit card company 11/21/2023 I am not able to find any verification email. I just received a second shipment from them which I have not opened. I would like to put it in a box and send it back to them. I know they wont refund me but want them to stop sending and stop charging me. Theres no explanation of whats really in these or how to take them.Business Response

On October 9, I was billed.198.78$ by BlueVibe CBD for an order I placed. Yesterday I received another shipment of the product which I DID NOT order and on Nov. 13 another charge for the above amount was added to my credit card . After numerous attempts, my credit card company was able to locate a phone number for said company. The person I spoke with offered to deduct 50$ from the amount I was billed. When I refused, she said she could deduct 70$. I told her I wanted the full amount deducted from my credit card but she said she couldn't do that. I have found out that this company is fraudulent. I have spent several hours trying to get some results and consequently I have had to get a new credit card , which is a big inconvenience. Citi Card is investigating this matter for me. I hope this company, which goes by the name of Blue Vibe CBD but runs charges under the name GLOWXO OA 2, from MT. As I said I am returning the **** At that time your representative began to negotiate with me on price starting at $10.00 and finally bringing the price down to 50%. I can not use and do want that second shipment.I never asked for another shipment. I was then told that I would be charged a stocking fee of $10. per bottle, that comes out to $50.00 Totally unacceptable and nothing short of a rip off.
