I am a bit shocked by how many complaints and one star ratings I'm seeing here as my experience with VShred has been good. I will say whoever is running the online marketing funnels and email campaigns appears to be from the old school of sales --pressure tactics and misleading information at the point of purchase. I purchased the 90-Day Extreme Fat Loss program last August. I was offered the custom diet plan as an upsell but it was not made clear that the offer was only good for the first month of a 3-month program so I was a little ticked off when I was told if I wanted to continue I would have to subscribe to a monthly plan. I did subscribe to the custom diet and workout plan and the company quickly issued a refund for the first month that I paid for at the time of enrollment. I found the meal plan and weekly email check-ins with the coach very helpful but I didn't feel the custom workouts warranted the extra $50 a month so after 4 or 5 months I downgraded to just the custom meal plan. Within the first 6 months of starting the Fat Loss program with custom diet plan I delighted to find I had dropped 24 LBs and lowered my body fat by almost 10%. 11 months in, I've managed to keep the weight off. Now trying to drop the last 5-8 LBs to get to my ultimate weight goal and reduce my body fat by another 3-5%. I have started the 90-Day Toning Program (the first program I purchased but never did). I appreciate the quick supportive responses from my coach Kim D. (my original coach left a few months ago). I will say that after a year on the diet plan, I feel like we've run out of options. It's getting boring and hard to stick to (though I loosely follow it most of the time anyway). My coaches do their best to accommodate my requests but they're limited by your system. I'm sticking with it a little longer for the accountability but probably revert to My Fitness Pal after that for tracking macros. I do love that I will continue to have access to the workout programs.

My VShred coaches have been the best. Answers questions quickly and make changes on my meal plans as needed. Very knowledgeable about fitness and health.

So far everything has been pretty good. I love Maya and love the meal plans! It has helped me be more mindful of what I'm eating and make better choices. The workout portion gets boring, so far week to week is the exact same thing. The amount of emails you get are excessive!!

My coach Jill B has been fabulous. I like the customized meal plan and I'm down over 10lbs in about 2 months. I have some health issues so this has been amazing, even though I can't take the supplements. I'm sure things would go faster if I could take advantage of them. Being 54 and postmenopausal I've seen my belly shrink quite a bit. I'm on track for my goal! This plan takes commitment and discipline but I love the results.

I love Vshred! My coach.m Stephanie Mirich has been amazing. I have been with Vshred for 90 days but plan to stay until I reach my current goal. Great team. If I were to change anything it would be the clickbait. I almost didn’t join because of it. Almost talked me out of it just because of it. Other than that, I love the program.

Working with one of their trainers on a custom plan has been outstanding. Jordan my assigned trainer has been friendly, helpful, inquisitive, and supportive in helping me strive to a achieve a more healthy lifestyle.

I've had a great experience with VShred's program. Their platform itself could use some refinement but my Coach, Josh has been incredibly helpful and supportive. I didn't find the Female Fat Loss Extreme workout program very useful but I do know I have a different preference for my type of workouts. The meal plans I've received were great overall and if I wanted changes they were made with no questions asked. I found you have to really take ownership of your program in order for it to all play out properly. Follow the meal plan, check in weekly with your coach, ask your coach questions etc. Essentially, do the work and you'll see results.

Maya is great! She designed a diet plan for me that turned out my work schedule made it impossible to eat all the meals. When I let her know this, she immediately designed a new plan for me; within 24 hours! The new plan works great for me to get the caloric intake needed. She also sent an e-mail to me that was perfectly timed. She didn’t know, but I was slipping on the diet plan. Her email was tips on keeping true to the diet plan. Wow! I really needed that; it’s like she knew. LOL Her words and actions of support are really needed and very appreciated. She’s awesome!
