1 starThis program is a rip off. You are not given a chance to stop the program even before you start. They only want the money . They only give 72 hrs to cancel. REALLY . 1 starA YouTube advertisement while I was scrolling through ASMR had me intrigued. A 90 day money back guarantee was also a factor in my decision to jump on board. From the start I had issues with their app. Never got my metabolic score and it was a constant pop up on the add. After speaking with someone the “sold” me on their custom meal plan, again implying a 90 day money back guarantee. The first month was okay and I lost 4 pounds. Then started gaining following the meal plan. Requested a partial refund know a full refund was absurd since 4 weeks were somewhat successful. The below information is also on their site:

I have been charged for couple months for a product that I never received and your immediate help and understanding simply amazed me because nowadays is very hard to come by! 1 starTried to cancel after 6 weeks, and they’re charging me over $3,000, of the total $5,500. It’s that much because they got me financing at 20.99%. Unless you can afford the $4,400 cost, you’ll pay over $1,000 in interest. And, it wasn’t tailored to me or my body type. Buyer beware.V Shred, LLC

2 starsI took HGH Boost and Burn Evolved. Unfortunately, despite taking them as directed and maintaining a very diligent routine with my eating and exercise, I did not experience any noticeable results or changes or even feel better. Now, I am in the process of trying to get a refund with their guaranteed satisfaction and it's very difficult. Every time I email they answer just part of my question and ignore the rest of my question. And each time a different person is responding which gets confusing. And, they will not refund my entire order as they made me believe, only unopened bottles. On top of that they are going to deduct shipping charges from the very small refund I hopefully will even get.V Shred, LLC

1 starI saw a YouTube ad and was intrigued. So I quickly googled vshred and saw tons about people stating it tries to upsell you. I (stupidly) ignored the bad reviews and went ahead. Their up selling program is probably the most intense brain washing session I have EVER heard to get you to spend more money on supplements and all sorts of other BS.
All the videos didn't really bother me. After all they are a company that needs to make money... What REALLY pissed me off was when they sent an email stating get your free metabolic assessment if you sign up for a free 30 minute meeting. So I figured, heck might as well. And then I get on this call and this moron named Jacob just flippen aggressively tries to sell me this $6000 program. I was NOT expecting this from an email that was all about free stuff so I told him no, I needed to think about it. And he kept pushing it. I argued for probably 15 minutes just trying to reason but heck, these guys are stubborn and AGGRESSIVE. Since I couldn't seem to end up coming to an agreement with them and the call dragged on for over 40 minutes. I hung up on said dweeb.... Whoever the heck runs this company needs to quit giving their sales guys extra hormones because they're aggressive levels are out of control. You'd think after seeing so many negative reviews they'd smarten up and change how they run things but no. 1 starIn April 2025 I originally signed up for their meal plan. Then I had a call with them and they were trying to upgrade me to their VIP program where they sold me on getting customized support from a "Coach". The salesperson said: "You have nothing to lose because if you don't lose weight your money will be refunded." What a lie.
Yes they do have a refund policy which states:
In order to qualify for a refund, you must follow the custom training plan and meal plan I create for you, submit weekly measurements, complete weekly check-ins, take before and after photos every 2 weeks, and retain proof of email/App communications over the 12 week period. If no results are achieved based on measurement changes or before and after photos after 12 weeks, you have the right to request a refund.
I followed the program and completed all of the above requirements for the refund. My Coach (Jenna) was horrible and did nothing to help me lose weight. She didn't even care that as the week went on that my stats were not improving. At the end of 90 days my weight was the same (no pounds lost) and I actually GAINED 15 inches from their program.
So I submitted all the information to prove that I followed the program as instructed by my coach and requested a full refund. I have been in email battles with them ever since because they are not willing to honor their own policy and issue me a full refund. I paid $5 and they only want to refund me $2k.
The only reason I am writing this review is to warn ANYONE who is thinking about their VIP program. PLEASE, don't sign up for it. This company lacks integrity and does not even comply with their own policy. My "coach" turned against me and lied to the company stating that she did not approve the exercises I was doing. This is what they did to find ME at fault with the policy. This company is clearly committing fraud and they need to be stop from these actions. 1 starMy experience with Vshred. I was excited to get it, excited to start! Got their nutritionist and got on a meal plan. Took the pills as directed. Even read chat groups where people doubled up to get optimum results. The first month, I gained a pound. I doubled up the second month and gained two pounds. It did nothing for me.
I reached out to them and wanted to exercise the Lifetime 100% money back Guarantee! They responded that it's only for the first 30 days. Anything after that is not and I can return all unopened bottles.
Pure crap tactics to get people to purchase. I responded that they need to take down the lifetime 100% guarantee and say what is actually covered. They responded that they will take that into consideration.

1 starI started this program because there were so much promises by everyone at vShred. I signed up for the $18 monthly package and was sold a 1500 3 month package. I am post menopause and have tried everything with no result. I followed the program and never missed a workout and did not loose any weight. It was not worth 1500. There are so many options out there for vegetarian and my selection given was pretty much beans. I have knee issues, yet I was given excessive knee exercise.
