            The reason why I am disputing these charges is that I was supposed to receive 5 copies of my death certificates for my brother who passed away in December and a necklace for my niece that I paid for as well, also I paid for the picture presentation and the cards that we're supposed to be handed out during the funeral. When we arrived at the funeral none of this was presented to us and we received nothing, We were not even greeted at the door and asked what we needed for my brother's funeral or was there anything they could help us. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. Me my wife my niece my brother's son we're all ignored the whole time during their funeral it was a terrible experience, and I have not received my items yet, therefore I will be not paying for any of this. When i talked to there stuff about this, they said there was nothing they could do. They have very poor customer service.

            It is mind-blowing to me that when someone pays for their funeral before they even pass and palm cannot honor the wishes. Even though obviously they collected the money. My Dad paid for everything years before he passed and now it has been one year and he still has no headstone there is a 4x6 index card saying "temporary". Bad business ethics and all it does is make a bad situation worse. It is already so tough and to add this kind of insult is just bad
