The Provitalize and PreVitalize products that I have purchased over the past year - always arrives on time - I get exactly what I have paid for - great product that actually does what it says. Probiotics, Tumeric, Black Pepper extract are just a couple of the contents that help my body work without taking drugs from the drs .BB Company

Though unopened, the company will NOT refund the return of my product. Their website clearly states how to go about requesting a return label, so I filled out the form. Now they're saying that they "have changed their policy". Really? Then why does the website specifically tell you how to return the product for a refund. Will never purchase again.BB Company

Upon checking your account, it shows that you placed a subscription order on December 18, 2024.
It's important to note that our return and refund policies apply primarily to one-time orders. As clearly outlined on our website, within the refund and cancellation policy during checkout, and in our FAQ section, for one time orders only they enjoy a 90 day money-back guarantee and returns on the first order.
However, for autoship subscribers, no money-back guarantee for subscriptions placed after Dec 11, 2023. We encourage customers to try our products using the one-time purchase option before subscribing to automated monthly shipments.
Unfortunately, since the package is delivered and opened, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process any returns or refunds as per our policy.
