    I was approached by Kelly Printing Supplies to try their toner. The printer I have uses 4 colors. I agreed, received the shipment and paid the invoice. I think I'm done. I receive a call the next month stating my second shipment is going to be sent. I am confused as I never agreed to anything more than the one set of toners. She proceeded to tell me I committed to 3 of each color. I absolutely did not!! I told her we do not do enough volume for that many and I was never told this in the beginning. She apologized for the misunderstanding and agreed to send one more of each color and that would close out the account. I reluctantly agreed but received the second shipment, paid the invoice and I think I'm done. I just received another phone call yesterday, 3/20/2025, stating the third shipment would be coming to me. I got angry and explained that I was not paying them another dime and never agreed to the third shipment. She said I did and kept repeating the same info over and over and telling me I had to receive the third shipment and pay the invoice, or I would be balance billed for what I had already received because I was given a "discounted rate" based on ordering 3 of each color. THIS WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME IN THE BEGINNING. I would have never agreed to any of it. I reminded her about the conversation I had for the second shipment, and she said I must have misunderstood. I told her I did not and I was done with their company. The shipping department called me today, 3/21/2025, to verify the address to ship out the third order. I refused and the same lady called me back saying she was a manager. I said I spoke with you yesterday, she told me I was wrong and it was another woman. I know voices and she is the only one I've dealt with the entire time. She was pushy and rude and this company is very shady and misleading. I am not receiving any more goods from them nor am I paying them another dime. They need to be shut down before they continue to do this to anyone else.

    We apologize to this customer for the conduct of one of our employees.  We thought our procedures to make sure the customer ordered the shipment was fool proof.  As this customer can attest, we have our shipping department call each of the orders submitted by the sales force before the product is sent.  If the customer does not want to go through with the sale, we immediately down the order,consider the sale invalid and do not send the cartridges.  The sales person should not contact the customer again as we have the customers disapproval of the sale on tape.  Obviously, this salesperson didnt follow our procedures and we are taking steps to make sure she understands the procedures to protect our customers and the consequences if it happens again.  Again we apologize and thank her for bringing the disregard of company policy to our attention.

    I am writing to formally file a complaint against Kelly Printing Suppliers for their egregious and predatory sales tactics, which have caused significant frustration and inconvenience for our company.Kelly Printing Suppliers repeatedly misrepresented their sales processes to induce us to place additional orders. After every shipment of toner cartridges sent to our company, they claimed that it was the "final shipment" of an alleged outstanding order placed by a previous purchasing agent at our company. Upon recent investigation, it became evident that no such outstanding order ever existed. Instead, it was a fabricated claim used to justify each new shipment. In reality, a verbal order was secured each time under false pretenses.Despite explicitly informing their shipping department that we would no longer accept any shipments from them, they continued to ship products. Upon contacting their customer service team, we were assured that our company was added to a "do not ship" list. However, this assurance has proven unreliable, as we have since continued to receive calls from their sales department attempting to solicit further orders.The persistence of these deceptive practices has left us with no choice but to block their sales phone calls and take additional steps to prevent further unsolicited contact. Kelly Printing Suppliers' behavior is both unethical and highly disruptive, and I strongly urge the Better Business Bureau to take appropriate action to investigate and address these practices.

    We were surprised to get this BBB complaint as we had made this a call in only account over six months ago.  The complainant took over this position from another person who was buying cartridges from us and was in our rebate program which, by buying a certain number of cartridges a year, we would give rebates for the next order.  We last sold this customer on September 2024.  We had been selling to the previous person who had held the position for over three years.  Over that three year period with the previous employee, we only had 9 orders which does not seem excessive.  When the complainant notified us that he was not interested in continuing our business relationship, we immediately inactivated the account.  When we were notified of this complaint, we immediately checked the status of the account and it was still marked as do not call.  We are checking with our sales people to see who called this account and the reason why they did.  We believe we have made a good effort to abide with the complainants wish.

    I was originally called in June 2024 by a sales *** selling ink cartridges at reduced cost. I decided to give them a try and ordered both black and color cartridges for my HP printer (902 ink). Did not recall being told I would be charged $18.95 for shipping, but I paid the invoice (******) anyway. Fast forward to September 2024 when I received more ink cartridges, charged $21.95 shipping. I paid the invoice (******) and sent an email explaining that I was not satisfied with the quality of the cartridges received. They told me they would forward my complaint to a sales *** and I received a $10 ******* gift card a few weeks later. I spent $604.90 on basically worthless cartridges because none of them will work in my printer. When I install them it indicates the cartridge is not communicating properly with the printer and to ***lace the cartridge. I opened 2 other black cartridges and am still receiving the same message. Very disappointed! I am not expecting any money back, just want to warn other non-suspecting customers.

    We have contacted the customer and will exchange the ink jets.  When these ink jets were sold to her, they could be used on her printer.  She has an HP printer and HP will change the chip configuration when a customer uses their update request.  This change makes any other ink jet except their own brand inoperative.  This has been an on going problem for any company who sells other cartridges which are not HP.  For this reason, we will gladly exchange their ink jets for the new version which will work.  We also cautioned the customer on doing the update as they will have the same problem.

    This company told me they were sending me printing cartridges at a reduced rate. That was all we agreed on. When I received the order they had include several drums. The cost we agreed on was much higher. I subtracted the amount of the drum cost and sent them a check for the print cartridges and I paid the postal cost which was significant as drums are heavy.They have harassed me on several occasions trying to get me to accept more product from their company.

    In this complaint, the customer stated we have been harassing her which we believe is untrue. This company became a client of ours in 2020.  We only sold her once in that year.  In 2021, we sold her one time and in 2022,there were two orders.   There are no orders with this company for 2023 and only one in 2024 in February.  In the five year business relationship we had with this company, we only had 5 orders placed.   She also stated we charged her more than the agreed amount.   In all five orders placed over the five years, we charged her the same amount each time.  If this was not the agreed upon price, why did she not say something to our shipping department when she was called to verify the order.  We verify the cost of the product and the quantity and the customer has to tell us that is correct.  If  the customer does not verify the order, it is not shipped.  Even though we feel this complaint is completely unjust, we will honor her wishes and remove her company from  our customer list.

    We continued to receive sales calls from Kelly Printing Supplies, and they spoke to individuals who were unsuspecting of the deceitful intent and unethical manner of how this company does business. *************************** on three separate occasions received printer cartridges from Kelly Printing beginning in 2023. March, 2023 the invoice was paid for three printer cartridges, April, 2023 the invoice was paid for three printer cartridges, and April, 2024 the invoice was paid for six printing cartridges. In June, 2024 twelve more cartridges were sent to our Church without proper approval. I have been speaking with ******* to try to return the 12 cartridges that did not go through the proper approval channels. We have twenty three of the twenty four printing cartridges that were shipped from Kelly Printing since March, 2023 that are sitting in our supply room. We do not need these cartridges and we have asked to return the cartridges to Kelly Printing without additional ******** I read through the multiple complaints filed with the BBB against this business the complaints have similar or the same themes from all customers:1. ********************************************* use a deceitful and unethical approach to selling their product. It feels like you are dealing with scam artists.-Kelly Printing relentlessly call people and ship product that customers can't use and do not need stating that you are "under an agreement" and demand you buy more product.-Kelly Printing hooks you in with lower pricing and requires that you keep taking their product because they claim you are "under an agreement".-Kelly Printing asks the customer if they are the final approval for the purchases. Once they know you have authority to purchase they swoop in with their spiel.-The sales people are disingenuous and behave in the same manner as a scam artist. There should be something done about the deceitful intent behind the business practices of this company. ** is experiencing the same concerns as others.

    First, they do not continue to get sales calls as their account is closed and as soon as we receive payment for this very past due invoice, we hope to never have contact with this so called church again.  ************ has an invoice that is 80 days out when it is on terms net 30 days as agreed on with our contact person, and as shown through previous paid invoices. We have been trying to collect this past due invoice for 50 days.  The only reason Ms. ***** knows what invoices they have, is because as she was denying they ever paid any invoices to Kelly Printing (indicating we did not have a long term relationship with the buyer,who has since left the church) we provided her with all invoices and payments to show her we did have an established relationship (at that time).
    We emailed Ms. ***** on August 7, 2024 all of the invoices along with the past due invoice.  We offered several ways to resolve this past due invoice.  We have included that email for your reference.  Our collections department called Ms. ***** several times and even emailed again with no response.  So why did we get this BBB complaint today?  Because yesterday we left a message for the Pastor trying to get this invoice resolved as Ms.***** will not even have the decency to communicate with us.  In other words, we went over her head to try to collect the money rightfully owed to this company.
    It is Ms. *****, and I hate to think by extension, ******* ****** that is deceitful.  I am not surprised our previous contact person left the church.  He probably has more companies that the church has pulled this deceit on of not paying for product they have had for several months.
    We need our payment. They have had our product since the beginning of June.  If they have more product than they can use,we will stand by our exchange policy and exchange product that is in like new condition with a 20% restocking fee, after this past due invoice is cleared.
    And let me guess, Ms. ***** will not be happy with this response.  At least she finally acknowledged us after we had been trying to work with her for 3 weeks, although unethically by running to the Better Business Bureau to file a false claim.  All other offers have now been rescinded.  We need payment for this invoice in full before we will allow any type of exchanges.

    I am rejecting this response because of all the reasons I stated in my complaint.  Kelly Printing is unethical, disingenuous and deceptive in their approach to selling their products.  I am not the only business who has had this issue with this company as you can see by the number of complaints filed with the BBB.  Kelly Printing has made many false accusations, inappropriate and rude comments in their response to this complaint.  This response is coming from someone at Kelly Printing who knows nothing about me or ******* ******.  I did not respond to Kelly Printing's email because I took multiple days of vacation in the month of August, 2024.  I was not made aware of Kelly Printing communicating with the Senior Pastor until after my response was sent to Kelly Printing.

    We are sorry that Ms. ***** feels we are unethical, disingenuous and deceptive.  We feel the same way about her and hope that it is not a reflection of the church.  We did not comment on Ms. *****s Desired Settlement last time.  It is for us to void the invoice number above and put them on our do not call list.  *************************** is definitely on our do not call list.  Under no uncertain terms would we want to do business with this organization again.  We find it ironic that she also thinks we should void the invoice.  In other words, she wants to keep our product for free. We think that validated who is the unethical, disingenuous and deceptive one, and it is not us.

    We need our invoice paid and we will both go our separate ways, which is something we both definitely want.  A representative of the church, who was authorized to order, placed this order and we sent it out in good faith.  We fulfilled our obligation and now we want the church to fulfill their obligation via payment.

    If Ms. ***** read the email we sent, with copies of the invoices her organization paid us, we offered several compromises to resolve this issue.  One of those compromises we offered, which we did not have to do, was return the product.  We rescinded the offer with her vicious accusations she made with her BBB complaint.
    In order to resolve this, she can return our 12 unopened, like new cartridges from this unpaid, delinquent open invoice to:

    This company reached out claiming to be a high quality high-yield ink at wholesale pricing, so we agreed to the trial which was fine, I missed the original date within the return window, and then every so often after being told numerous times it would complete the order, I keep being contacted claiming we have to accept yet another shipment of overpriced, low- quality ink. I want nothing outside of this complaint other than to be taken off of their contact list. We do not want, nor will we pay for another shipment of ink from this company.

    We are sorry that this person was not satisfied with us or our ink jets.   We are a manufacturer representative for many ink and toner companies.  If the client had indicated she was having problems with the ink jets, we would have gladly exchanged them for another manufacturers product.   We do represent many of the larger manufacturers and get very few complaints on their products.  As to constantly calling her,we contacted  her four times.  The first contact was on October 4, 2023 with the other contacts on December 4, 2023, January 15, 2024 and July 24,2024.  This customer was on our special customer rebate program.  When a certain amount of product has been bought, we send out rebate cards.  As she was receiving these cards, we felt she wanted to participate in the program.  If she wanted to end being on the program, all she had to do was tell her representative.  As per her request, she has been taken off our customer list and will not receive any more calls from this company.

    We experienced much the same as other complainants here. An initial sales call promised cartridges that last twice as long and better quality. I agreed to try one set of cartridges. I have not had the need to install them yet but Kelly Group called a month later saying I had to take another set per the contract and that I had agreed to buy 3 sets of toner. There was no contract. There is no contact information on their invoices or packing lists. When they called again this month I told them I can't use their product and would like to return everything. I was told that would not be possible and that I still had one more set I had to buy per the contract. I informed the caller that there was no contract and that they should never contact us again. Total scammers. Now we are stuck with 8 cartridges of toner that I cannot use.

    We am sorry to hear this customer was not happy with our company.  To give customers our discounted price, we do sell in sets of three. We have put their account as a call in so she will not be receiving any more calls from our representatives.  If she does find that we do offer her a superior cartridge and wants to reorder,she can call our customer service who will gladly work with her to try to make amends for her experience with us. Again, we am sorry for any miscommunication.

    My business kept receiving sales calls from Kelly Printing supplies. I was told we would get $100 off as an introductory rate to see if we liked the product. I ordered one set. A few weeks later I was called about a second shipment, and was told that I got that pricing because I had to order 2 sets. I confirmed that this 2nd shipment would conclude my order. I was called today, 8/5/24 about a 3rd shipment and was told that I had to purchase 3 sets, though I was told prior that I had to order 2, and prior to that was never told I had to order multiples. I have paid for what we have received but do not want any more supplies and will not pay for any future orders. This company changes their story each time they call.

    I cannot believe this company is allowed to do business. I know this report will not make any difference, but this company is a scam. They call and tell you that their printer cartridge is the best and will last two times longer. They say it is a free trial. Then they call multiple times a day and stress you out wanting payment THAT DAY and, as a municipality, it doesn't work like that. Everything has to be reviewed and approved for payment at the next meeting. I cannot get them to stop calling. If ratings were based on reviews this company would get an F-. This makes me loose confidence in BBB. According to others, they keep sending cartridges. I am afraid to send them a check or any other banking information due to their irregular and illegal business practices. I cant seem to get any help on this. The business should be closed down.

    When we sold Town of ****** a cartridge we verified that it was terms net 30 days.  This was agreed upon or we would not have shipped the cartridge.

    We did start calling for payment after the 30 days.  I am sorry if we are too aggressive for him,but if he would let us know when the meeting was, and when payment was expected to go out, we could update our notes and stop calling, as long as we received the check within a reasonable period.

    We will not send ****************** any cartridges he does not want.

    I first talked to the salesman about the product when the salesman pitch the idea to me She told me if I didnt like their product or if something was wrong or if anything came up or I simply just didnt like it I can return the product back with no cost when. For a small business the printers was a little too high up so I decided it was not good enough for our business, so I want to return it since I was told that I could return it with no cost those were her exact words no cost. I assume they would pay me back for the return But they said that was not possible and they couldnt do so I was being very polite I asked to talk to a manager, but I was denied to even talk to a supervisor. I have never had this happen before to any businesses. Where I was so Really denied to talk to a supervisor.

    We sold Orion Market toner cartridges in April.  In May, when the terms net 30 days invoice became due, we started to try to collect on this invoice.  This was the first time, after the invoice was already past due, that we heard about the customer wanting to return.

    We went against our written policy and issued a return authorization for this customer even though it was past the 30 days.  As there was nothing wrong with the products,she simply wanted to return the products, after the invoice was already past due, we would not provide a prepaid label. Had they called before the ******************************** their trial period, we would have issued it.  However we already went above and beyond by giving the return authorization, we felt it is only fair they paid the shipping back. Again, there was nothing wrong with the product, and we already paid to ship the product to them, we did not feel we needed to pay to get the product back.

    We are sorry she could not talk to a supervisor.  However, she was talking to the person she needed to.  She talked to the head of the ****************************** and she gave the final answer.
