    Rated 1 out of 5 stars I’m off to see the wizard I’m a seven star member, which means absolutely nothing to them, I’ve recently tried to request a talk with a supervisor, simple request which believe it or not , I could not get, I am willing to ride to AC to speak with someone, I asked my host who I should ask for, and the response was , I DONT KNOW. As far as customer service, they play the pass the buck game Zero accountability, and God forbid you don’t have a screenshot, good luck guys

    No stars. Don't waste your money. The biggest *** online casino! Horrible! If you hit a bonus it's pennies. Any game you play you lose. It shuts off constantly throughout playing a game. As soon as you start to win it shuts off. The free play is a joke.

    Thursday, March 27, 2025, at approximately 4:15 PM, which resulted in physical assault, property damage, and significant emotional distress. I’m also asking for the video to be preserved. 1. I sat at a slot machine after an attendant and manager had removed the ticket from the unoccupied machine, indicating it was available for play. 2. I inserted my own money and began playing. 3. Shortly thereafter, a male patron aggressively approached me, physically pushing me away from the machine while I was sitting, trying to rob me by forcibly removing my money, verbally assaulted me with profanities, and stepped on my personal belongings that were on the floor. 4. Two bystanders had to intervene to protect me from further assault. 5. When security and a manager arrived, they initially acknowledged that I had done nothing wrong and had every right to play the machine but then a higher manager came and told me I needed to stop. 6. Despite this, the male patron continued to verbally assault and humiliate me “demanding I stop playing his machine and to call his host “in front of your security and other patrons and staff. 7. Instead of removing the aggressive patron, another manager arrived." He asked where I was staying, I said the Flamingo. and asked me to leave because the aggressor "wasn't going to stop and that he was staying at that hotel. 8. I was asked by security if I wanted to press charges and asked if I was a local. I said no to both. I was told that if the aggressor "wasn't a 7 diamond player," the situation would have been handled differently, he would have been escorted out indicating discriminatory treatment since I’m just a Gold member. 9. One of the managers offered me $50, which I declined as insufficient, and then $200, which I accepted only to escape the traumatic situation. While walking out I hear security guards talking about the situation and I politely asked them to stop and wait till I’m out of the building

    Do not be deceived by bonus deals; they confine all your funds in "casino bonus money," and you are not permitted to withdraw any money. compel you to gamble until you reach a amount within a time limit that is nearly impossible to achieve. Consequently, you either lose all your money or the casino takes it when the time expires. Gamble at your own risk and according to their rules; you will lose every time.

    Booked a two bedroom suite at Horseshoe Hotel after looking at the pictures online. We were shocked when they told us that this suite doesn't exist in our hotel in our hotel and we had to settle for two rooms instead. The pictures posted are for a different kind of suite which is not available. I had repeatedly sent a note to make sure we have the correct suite booked. I am an admin and book hotels frequently so know the drill. This was the worse experience ever. Never again booking any hotels affiliated with Caesars. Horrible experience and lost a ton of money ($1900+) for two rooms which could have gotten us any 5 star hotel rooms on the strip. Looking into legal action to get a refund.

    I user Caesars sports betting app like I have many times in the past (every weekend)Before I place the bet it stated that it was a cash out option for what I was better on. Since it had that I placed the bet on the Panthers vs Eagles game. I noticed, very quickly that one of the other bets for the same game was also in the same bet. I called them as soon as I noticed the additional bet was in there bet as something else I was betting for. I called the customer service and said there is no cash out option available because I was just going to do that since there was additional bet in my transaction that I did select or didn't mean to select. The guy in customer service says well some of the bets don't offer cash out. I said it said before I placed the bet that it was cash out eligible. He said, yeah, that is not always the case. I said, well that is false advertisement because you if would have listed that cash out wasn't available, I wouldn't have bet on it. He basically told me sorry about my luck. Keep in mind the game was still going on and very early into it the bet and it never during the game gave me cash out option. I decided to call back and told the new person on the phone the same issue and that I wanted a supervisor (game still going on). I am waiting to hear back she said it will be within 24hrs. I am very disappointed in how this all took place and use cease all the time for my sports betting. This will probably change depending on if they make this right or not. Outcome- I would have won the bet if the extra one I was trying to call about wouldn't have been on the. I want a supervisor/manager to call me ASAP.

    What a horrible company. I've used at least 10 other sportsbooks and have never had such immediate issues as I did with Caesar's. I opened an account in PA with a sign up bonus to get some 100% profit boosts. A few days later i came back home to Ohio, where the promo also says in the terms that it is active. I no longer had my boosts, and the customer service rep said I can't use them in Ohio. He also said that every different state you go to you have to open a new account, and you can't even see or access any of your previous bets made in another state. NO other sportsbook does this. After frustration and being transferred between agents, i asked how to close my account or if they could close all of my accounts for me - especially since I can't even access my PA account in order to close it, according to the agent. Instead of coming to any resolution whatsoever, he abruptly ended the chat with me. I have screenshot of the whole thing, and am happy to leave bad reviews everywhere I can. Terrible business, terrible customer service, no resolution.

    For some reason the alleged representatives in their chat literally lied and told me that Caesar's sportsbook does not have an email in order for you to make a complaint. If they would lie about something as small as this what else are they capable of? Tragedy

    Terrible customer service because they do not answer the question you ask them. I’ve been playing the Caesars slots on my phone for years and all of a sudden I can’t seem to get the super bonus when I redeemed 30 stars to receive for 24 hours. We’ve been round and round in circles. They make you feel as if you’re doing something wrong.

    I have deposited a good amount of money to Caesar’s. The promotions are terrible. They seem good but they all have VERY high wagering requirements. They don’t give freeplay based on individual play, even though they say they do, but they don’t. They actually feed me the same exact line anytime I ask in customer service. They gave a $5 bonus on some basketball game yesterday and to be able to claim any of the money, you had to wager through $125 for a FIVE DOLLAR bonus. Talk about making sure almost no one wins on your promotion offer. I have deposited and deposited and just lose almost every time because their algorithm or something seems rigged cause I have never had basically no luck on an online casino until Caesar’s. But, God forbid they throw me $50 freeplay or even $25 or $30, but NOPE…nothing! It’s so stingy. I will never deposit money on Caesar’s again after they denied my request for freeplay once again with the same line, “we are not offering any free spins or bonuses at this time but please go see our promotions page”…yeah their promotions page with all the offers that have wagering requirement of 10-20x the amount. They do not value their players or their time and money they have spent on their online casino keeping it in business. God forbid they give back sometimes and it’s not one of their bogus promotion offers that make it almost impossible to win. It’s such a scam.
