    The Caesars Sportsbook app is trash. I created an account to place single game, and parlay bets, and the app crashed 5 times before I could finally place my bet. It took 30 minutes to place my parlay bet, and I was unable to add 3 games that actually won in the parlay because the bets locked before I could place them.

    The Caesar's Rewards smart phone app for ios says at the bottom of the 'rewards' tab page that you can contact them via email or hyperlinked phone number for 24/7 local rewards members assistance... accept when you call you get a recording that says that their office is open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 1pm Pacific. Idk how 5 hours, 5 days a week is 24/7.... How do run a gambling business if you would fail 2nd grade math? So if you call during the tiny window they are open, the recording gives you one option for 'rewards', option 3 of 4 total options. upon transfer it says to 'go online to get your up to date....' blah blah blah... or 'press 7 to be connected with a specialist'. So when you press 7, it sends you to a hotel reservation specialist! Not a Rewards Specialist... but Hotel reservations was option 2 of 4 on the first menu! So if you then hangup thinking perhaps you made an error in your menu selection, and you call back, you get a recording that tells you that they are experiencing technical difficulties and please call back later. So you wait an hour, a day, a few days, a week... your number is now banned- you will never even get thru to the menu system that takes you no where- the ENTIRE THING IS JUST LIP SERVICE! THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP YOU AND NO ONE WHO CARES, The whole thing is designed intentionally to get you to go away! WHAT A JOKE! WHAT A LIE! THATS AN EXECUTIVE STAFF THAT MIGHT AS WELL BE A BUNCH OF APES.... BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING NOTHING 24/7 GO AWAY, WE DON'T WANT TO WORK OR DO WHAT WE SAY JUST GETTING RICH OFF BEING PATHETIC!

    They took my deposit money on a very shady casino promotion. They never made an effort to inform me that they would take my deposit money. I can see bonus money expiring but I have never seen an app steal your deposit money. I have reached out multiple and no one has made an effort to rectify the situation.

    Just freaking forget it this casino is a straight scam! You people are completely ridiculous and a fat joke! I asked for a supervisor uh i dont know 5 times and you all are ignoring my request! None of you people should have a job because not one of you helped me and fixed this situation! Im disgusted! There is no way it takes over 3 weeks to just look at 2 documents to get me verified its honestly **!!! I also asked to be compensated for this whole mess and was told No! Do you understand how disrespected I feel!? After being ignored for weeks and told the same damn thing via email, and thats if i even get an email back!!???? You people say you "reached" out to the so called "department" to find out what is taking so long but you guys are lying jokes! If your casino doesnt know how to do customer service and actually HELP people than dont have a casino! Also when someone asks for a freaking SUPERVISOR i think maybe you should honor that request because i dont know of one company that refuses that request or completely IGNORES it! Also you should compensate people for the lack of help, communication, respect, and trouble this casino causes anyone! ESPECIALLY ME! I am a VIP member at almost every Pennsylvania online casino and I have NEVER been treated this way! I can't even wrap my head around all of the complete incompetence of the Customer service at this casino! Disgusting! Thanks for nothing!!!!!

    Terrible customer service. Argued with me and combative and didn’t and didn’t make sense when I asked for clarification they just kept stating someone told me already but they were not clear the first time. I lost my cool a little bit with the agent and said it was misleading, ridiculous and not clear but their promo for first time users is extremely misleading. It clearly states on the promo that if you deposit $50, you get $250 in bonus bets. You just have to make a wager of $50 and you’ll get it. This is incorrect and if you read through all the terms and conditions it says your first bet has to be a $50 wager. They bait and switch you. It’s unfortunate this happened and all I wanted was the bonus bets and they told me essentially I should have read through this massive page of terms and conditions. They were rude and were completely unwilling to work with me or hear me out. Just kept sending me terms and conditions and saying they already told me. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and I would be fired for the way they talked to me. I wasn’t asking for much and wanted to have a good experience or at least a conversation about it. I rarely make complaints but this was the worst service I have ever received from a company when I brought up an issue. There was not even a hint of empathy or understanding from them. They want new customers but have made a terrible effort of trying to keep customers from my experience which is very unfortunate. I know I’m just one person and it won’t make a dent in their profits at all but they have lost a customer for life.

    Frauds plain and simple. They defraud you with bot farming the app reviews to boost their rating. They defraud their own employees. Their support is near non-existent. They arbitrarily lock people out of their accounts so they can't withdraw. Approximate wait time for chat today was 4 minutes, I ended up waiting 30 minutes before they disconnected me saying "there is no agent to be found", and tried a second time, another wasted 30 minutes with same results. Then called them and was on hold for ANOTHER 30 minutes before reaching a human. I was on hold for 1.5 hours today alone. Thankfully it was the very last time since I washed my hands of these slimy criminals forever. Only trust the 1-2 star reviews as the 5 stars are all fakes, planted by Caesar's. I lost over 5 hours of my life trying to reach support, in 3 attempts over 7 days.
    Truly the bottom of the barrel of all sportsbooks. Makes me sick thinking I visited their physical location while on vacation several years ago. If regulators weren't swimming in bribes, bookies like Caesar's would have been shut a long time ago.

    I would give a half a star or no star if possible. In December 2022 I opted in a sign on promotion to place a bet and if I lost I would still receive a free bet. Sad to say I never received a free bet after the bet was completed and I lost my bet. When I spoke to a customer service representative in December the rep said she could see that i absolutely had that bet on file but the a few months later after the bet transpired i then went back and spoke to 2 different customer service representatives both told me there was no record in their history books that I made such a bet. Obviously I was infuriated and asked to speak to a supervisor both told me since supposedly the issue was resolved they could not elevate it to the supervisor. I do not recommend Caesars Sportsbook & Casino to anyone because of the fact they do not honor their word.
