I believe this company is a huge scam. I ordered a grill for 165.00 and after countless phone calls to the numbers provided, which do not work, and countless e-mail attempts with no response I am just out the money. This is a horrible joke with my family on the receiving end. I do not recommend anyone at anytime to purchase from this company. Horrible customer service as well as leaving families without their money or product. This company is horrific for their actions they take against innocent individuals. Sincerely wishing them all a case of explosive diharea. They don't even deserve a one star rating but it makes you choose it. Jessica F**** Crane, MOReview from Brandy S

Ordered something Nov 6th 2022 and it still has. It arrived. Many many attempts to contact company have been made with no response. No refund has been offered.Review from Warren B

My wife purchased a heated-down sleeveless jacket from Moulant. On opening the package, we found the vest to be of inferior quality and sized improperly. The order was placed per the manufacturer's size chart but came far from fitting correctly. We Emailed Customer Service and were told to ship the garment back to China and send them the tracking number. The Post Office informed us that the shipping charges would be about 70% to 80% of the purchase price, meaning the return value would be only 20% to 30%. We emailed Customer Service again and told them it was not viable. We were then told to keep the garment and get $15 in return. We don't want the garment, so that again was not viable. Customer Service then said that was their last option to settle the return. Both options from Moulant would mean losing approximately $50. I have never had an issue with any company regarding a return like I've had with Moulant! Not only is the product they sell inferior in quality, but you'll also never get a fair return value! Do Not Deal with Moulant!
