Salesman Mike ****** was very good at promising great product and warranty and customer service, however when we had problems with the product he quit returning our phone calls. When we contacted the customer service number the receptionist, Alexis, promised to get us to someone to help and after multiple emails and phone calls to her we never even got to talk to management, which is what we requested. It has been months and no one will return our calls, Alexis cannot give us management or owners direct phone number as its against office policy since they are private cell numbers. My employer ordered 11 light sets and 8 loupes, we are a large office with future sales. In the year since we ordered the products, 2 of our loupe sets are not usable, both were measured in office by Mike, when they were delivered they were not correct. We were instructed to remeasure ourselves, which we did, they were returned to us and again were not usable. We would like to send them back to be redone and now they want to charge us when they were never correct from the beginning. Medi Loupes will not come back to remeasure when we requested they do so, they will not correct without us paying for correction which we shouldn't have to pay for anyway. If we must pay, then we would consider IF they send someone out to remeasure again and promise a quality, usable product. Also, we have 1 pair of loupes we have not received yet and again its been a year. Terrible customer service, company will not stand behind their product, wont return phone calls after months of trying on our part.
